Connor Ingram Makes History With Another Winning Effort

Utah Hockey Club goaltender Connor Ingram continued his good start to the season with a 2-1 overtime victory against Boston on Saturday, making history in the process. Ingram, who improved to 4-0-1, became the first goaltender in NHL history with a season-opening five-game point streak while playing for a team in its inaugural campaign. It's been an impressive run from the 27-year-old, although there has also been some luck involved, with three of Ingram's four victories coming after regulation. The team's hot offense has also played its part in Ingram's historic streak, as he has allowed 3.29 goals with a .882 save percentage. These numbers don't look good on Ingram, but not many fantasy managers will complain as long as he keeps delivering wins.

Connor Ingram Expected To Start Wednesday

Arizona Coyotes netminder Connor Ingram is the likely starter on Wednesday when the team takes on the Vancouver Canucks on the road. Coyotes head coach Andre Tourigny has stated the plan is to rotate Ingram and Karel Vejmelka for the remainder of the season but Ingram was always labeled to start this game once Vejmelka was announced as the starter for last night's 5-0 loss to the Seattle Kraken. The 27-year-old took over the starter's role midway through the season but hasn't been as sharp of late. For the season, he sports a 2.86 goals-against average and a .909 save percentage across 47 appearances (45 starts). However, he leads the NHL with six shutouts on the campaign.

Connor Ingram Posts Sixth Shutout Of Season

Arizona Coyotes goaltender Connor Ingram registered his sixth shutout of the season in Friday's 4-0 win over Detroit, tying Pittsburgh's Tristan Jarry for most this season in the NHL. He's only the fourth Coyotes netminder to get as many shutouts over a single season. It last happened in 2011-12 when Mike Smith matched a franchise record with eight shutouts. A 28-save effort on Friday helped Ingram end a personal nine-game losing skid. He's now on an 18-16-3 record for the campaign and has logged a 2.78 goals-against average with a .911 save percentage.

Connor Ingram Returns To Action Sunday

Arizona Coyotes goaltender Connor Ingram (undisclosed) will get back to work on Sunday versus Winnipeg. He has been unavailable for the previous four games with an undisclosed injury. Ingram hasn't won any of his last five starts, but he has enjoyed a successful campaign in general. In 33 starts, the 26-year-old has produced a 17-13-2 record while registering five shutouts and allowing 2.76 goals with a .912 save percentage. Ingram boasts some impressive numbers, but it's going to be a very difficult matchup for him on Sunday. The Jets own one of the best home records in the league and will counter with Connor Hellebuyck, who's having a fantastic campaign.

Connor Ingram Logs Fourth Shutout Of The Season

Arizona Coyotes goaltender Connor Ingram frustrated the Ducks with a 26-save shutout in Friday's 2-0 win. The 26-year-old posted his fourth shutout of the campaign, tying Pittsburgh's Tristan Jarry for the league lead. Three of Ingram's shutouts have come this month. With Karel Vejmelka also adding one, the Coyotes have matched their franchise record for most shutouts in a single month. Arizona has improved massively this season, and it's helped Ingram to put together some impressive numbers. He's 13-7-0 for the season and has a 2.49 goals-against average with a .919 save percentage.

Connor Ingram Has Taken Over Coyotes Starting Job

Arizona Coyotes goaltender Connor Ingram will start Friday against the San Jose Sharks. Ingram has been fantastic for the desert dogs this year, posting an 11-6-0 record with a 2.56 GAA, .920 SV%, and 9.0 GSAA. He has taken the reigns as the Coyotes start after starting the season in a split with Karel Vejmelka. Although he's on a three-game slide, he should be rostered in all leagues as he has started eight of the Yotes' last nine games. He is still available in many shallow leagues and makes for a fantastic option tonight against the lowly Sharks.

Connor Ingram Takes Winning Streak To Five Games With Second Shutout

Arizona Coyotes goaltender Connor Ingram continued his impressive 2023-24 campaign with his second shutout of the season in Monday's 6-0 win over the Capitals. Both of Ingram's shutouts have come during an active five-game winning streak. He needed to push aside 26 pucks on Monday to keep Washington from scoring. Ingram has so far dropped just three decisions, going 11-3-0 for the season. He owns a 2.23 goals-against average with a .930 save percentage. Only three netminders have given up fewer goals on average, while Ingram shares the league's third-best mark in save percentage.

Connor Ingram To Start Thursday Versus Blue Jackets

Arizona Coyotes goaltender Connor Ingram will be between the pipes for Thursday's road contest versus the Columbus Blue Jackets. The 26-year-old has won each of his last four decisions and is a healthy 5-1-0 across seven starts on the campaign. It's been a decent season for Ingram who will enter Thursday's contest sporting a 2.87 goals-against average and a .911 save percentage on the campaign while his 1.60 goals saved above average ranks 22nd of 66 netminders, as per Hockey Reference. While not quite worthy of full-time fantasy rostership, Ingram is a solid streaming option Thursday against a Blue Jackets offense that ranks 26th with just 2.75 goals per game.

Connor Ingram Faces Rangers On Monday

Arizona Coyotes goaltender Connor Ingram will guard the crease in Monday's meeting with the Rangers. The Coyotes start the week with a back-to-back set against the New York teams, and Ingram will get his first taste of action this season in the first game. The 26-year-old produced only six victories with 26 starts a season ago, but he logged a decent .907 save percentage. Ingram should have a much more enjoyable time in 2023-24 if he maintains his performance levels, as Arizona has gotten a lot stronger over the summer. However, Monday's matchup is a very tough one for Ingram against a top team that has won 21 of the last 27 head-to-head meetings.

At 26, Ingram will split time between the pipes with Karel Vejmelka, who appeared in 50 games in last year's campaign. Going into his third season in the NHL, Ingram has played in 30 career contests with Nashville and the Coyotes.

Connor Ingram Faces Oilers Wednesday

Arizona Coyotes goaltender Connor Ingram is set for his 25th start of the campaign Wednesday against Edmonton. The 25-year-old beat Calgary in his last start, but it's not been an enjoyable season overall for Ingram, with him going only 6-13-6 so far with a 3.37 goals-against average and a .909 save percentage. It was also a huge struggle for Ingram in his first meeting with the Oilers on Dec. 7, when he allowed eight goals on 35 shots. This is a very difficult matchup for Ingram and the Coyotes, as they will be facing off against the highest-scoring team in the league.

Connor Ingram Leads Coyotes To Victory Wednesday

Arizona Coyotes goalie Connor Ingram recorded his first NHL shutout with a 1-0 shootout victory over the Tampa Bay Lightning on Wednesday. Ingram made 47 saves to secure the win. Although his record is 4-11-3, Ingram has shown improvement recently. Despite a difficult season, the Coyotes have been on an upward trend lately, winning four of their last seven games. Ingram's standout performance is a positive sign for the team moving forward for the remainder of the season.

Connor Ingram In Goal Versus Dallas Saturday

Arizona Coyotes goalie Connor Ingram will be starting Saturday against the Dallas Stars. Ingram allowed three goals on 40 shots to break a two-game losing streak defeating Detroit in his last outing. As Arizona's backup, Ingram has struggled all season long. He has a 3-9-1 record, a 3.67 goals-against-average, and a .892 save percentage. He's going up against a tough Dallas club, who shut out the Los Angeles Kings 4-0 on Thursday.

Connor Ingram Loses Playoff Debut Despite Making 49 Saves

Nashville Predators goaltender Connor Ingram was spectacular in his Stanley Cup Playoffs debut on Thursday with 49 saves, but he still couldn't save the team from a 2-1 overtime loss against Colorado. The 25-year-old got the start after David Rittich was lit up in Game 1. Things didn't start well for Ingram as the Avalanche scored with their first shot on goal, but the Saskatoon-born netminder didn't let that bother him and went on to have a special performance, which included 21 saves in the second period alone. It was a big night for Ingram and he truly earned himself another start for Game 3, although Juuse Saros (lower body) might be back for that one.

Connor Ingram Set To Start Game 2

Nashville Predators goaltender Connor Ingram will make his first start in the Stanley Cup Playoffs against the Avalanche in Game 2 on Thursday night. Ingram made a relief appearance and stopped 32 shots in the opening game of the series after goaltender David Rittich got pulled from the game as a result of five goals against on 13 shots. Predators number one goaltender Juuse Saros, who is currently sidelined with a lower-body injury, could return for Game 3 in Nashville on Saturday night.

Connor Ingram Making His NHL Debut On Sunday

Nashville Predators goaltender Connor Ingram will make his NHL debut in Sunday's meeting with Minnesota. The 24-year-old is a two-time AHL All-Star but hasn't previously had a chance to feature with Nashville carrying two very good netminders. Ingram has put together a 56-26-8 record in the AHL with 12 shutouts. It's far from an ideal spot to make your debut, with the Wild going a perfect 4-0-0 at the start of the year, but the hosts are also rolling with their backup Kaapo Kahkonen and it could get interesting. Ingram is currently the No. 2 in Nashville due to David Rittich (COVID protocol) being unavailable.
