Atlanta Braves outfielder Lane Adams supplied all of the offense in a 2-1 win over the Philadelphia Phillies on Sunday. Adams was 2-for-3 at the plate with a solo homer, a double, and two RBI. Adams has slashed .273/.385/.591 with six RBI in 22 at-bats this season. It is likely that he does not fit into the Braves' long-term plans, but he has probably garnered interest from some team heading into 2019. Regardless, he is about as deep of a sleeper as you can find. He can be avoided for fantasy purposes.
The Atlanta Braves have signed outfielder Lane Adams and relief pitcher Fernando Salas to minor league deals. Adams appeared in 15 games with the Braves earlier in the season, hitting .235 with a home run and four RBI. Salas appeared in 41 games with the Diamondbacks this season, pitching to a 4.50 ERA and a 30/13 K//BB ratio. Both players will likely function as minor league depth and hold no fantasy value.
Atlanta Braves outfielder Lane Adams was a surprise contributor in Washington last night as he offered a major boost to the bottom of the Braves' lineup. Adams finished the night 3-for-4 with a walk, one triple, and a pair of runs scored. His value as a hitter remains limited, but his ability to put the ball in play and utilize his speed makes him a playable streaming name in central.
