Kings Depth Chart
Alex Len News
Sacramento Kings center Alex Len (ankle) faces a lengthy absence, as he has been ruled out for 6-8 weeks. The seven-footer from Ukraine has suffered a moderate high ankle sprain, and it's possible we won't see him again until the calendar flips to 2024. We actually haven't seen much of him when he's been healthy either, with Len logging only 6.8 minutes across six games as the third center in the Kings rotation. His absence won't change anything in fantasy basketball.

Alex Len Good To Go On Sunday
Sacramento Kings center Alex Len (back) has been given the green light to suit up for Sunday night's game against the Golden State Warriors. Len is currently hampered by a sore back, but it won't keep on the sidelines on Sunday. Unfortunately for Len, he's become a bit buried on the depth chart, even with both Domantas Sabonis (knee) and Richaun Holmes (personal) out of action. Damian Jones is excelling as the team's starting center and the only other big men in Sacramento seeing sturdy minutes right now are Trey Lyles and Chimezie Metu.

Alex Len, Josh Jackson Active On Wednesday
Sacramento Kings center Alex Len (illness) and forward Josh Jackson (illness) will both be active for Wednesday night's game against the Houston Rockets. This update comes as a surprise as both players had been previously ruled out for the game due to non-COVID illnesses. Neither player has been seeing much of the court lately. Len has rebounding and block potential, but would need to surpass Neemias Queta and Chimezie Metu on the depth chart in order to warrant some fantasy appeal.

Alex Len To Start At Center
Sacramento Kings center Alex Len will get the starting nod for Wednesday's game against the Denver Nuggets. Domantas Sabonis (suspension) and Richaun Holmes (personal) are both sidelined for this game. At this point, the Kings don't have many other options at center, so Len will get the start. He should get plenty of minutes, but remains a low-end streaming option. De'Aaron Fox, Justin Holiday, Harrison Barnes and Trey Lyles are expected to join Len in the starting five.

Alex Len The Latest Sacramento Player To Enter COVID Protocols
Sacramento Kings center Alex Len has entered the league's COVID-19 health and safety protocols and will be out for the near future. Len is the second Kings player to be reported in the protocols on Thursday, following point guard De'Aaron Fox. With Marvin Bagley IIIand Richaun Holmes (eye) on the shelf, Len was the remaining center on the roster. Chimezie Metu is likely to be the lone big man, unless the Kings sign another center or Holmes rapidly recovers from his injury.

Alex Len Makes Second Consecutive Start Monday
Washington Wizards center Alex Len has entered the starting five for the second straight outing Monday versus the Bulls. Despite earning his first start with the Wizards on Sunday, Len played just eight minutes and scored two points, delivering a dud from a fantasy perspective. Curiously enough, he played 27 and 24 minutes, respectively, in the past two games off the bench and delivered solid production. Even with Chicago scuffling on the interior in the wake of Wendell Carter Jr.'s (quad) injury, Len is an extremely risky DFS play due to his consistent minutes fluctuations. Robin Lopez is a more stable fantasy play, even with his shift to the second unit.

Alex Len Leads Wizards In Scoring Friday
Washington Wizards center Alex Len scored a team-high 18 points on 7-for-12 shooting in Friday's game against the Miami Heat. In addition, he grabbed three rebounds and blocked five shots. Len also posted two assists and two steals. He'll play the Hornets on Sunday, who allow opponents to grab the seventh-most rebounds in the NBA while shooting the sixth-highest percentage from two-point range. This has the second game in a row that Len has scored in double digits, and while he's definitely a risky play on Sunday, he has some DFS appeal based on these past couple of games.

Alex Len Has Nice Showing Off The Bench
Making his fourth appearance for the team on Friday, Washington Wizards center Alex Len had his most complete performance with the team, scoring nine points on 3-for-6 shooting and grabbing nine rebounds. He was 1-for-3 from deep and added an assist, a steal, and a block. With Robin Lopez starting, there's plenty of room for Len to carve out a role that can be fantasy relevant in deeper leagues and in DFS. Up next for Washington is the Nets on Sunday, who allow the second-most fantasy points per game to opposing centers. This might be a time to target Len as a cheap DFS play.

Alex Len Remains Unavailable For Saturday’s Game
Toronto Raptors center Alex Len (personal) will miss his second straight contest due to personal reasons for Saturday's contest versus the Hornets. Having started the last two games that he has been active for, Aron Baynes has taken over starting duties in place of Len, despite Chris Boucher's emergence off the bench. Len has not made a field goal in his past four games, and at this stage, is not a viable fantasy asset in any-sized season-long format. His next chance to take the floor comes Monday against Dallas.

Alex Len Will Miss Thursday’s Contest
Toronto Raptors center Alex Len (personal) has been listed as unavailable for Thursday's game versus Charlotte due to personal reasons. Despite having started each of the past two contests that he has appeared in, Len saw a combined 15 minutes in those outings, heavily capping his fantasy intrigue. Over his last four games, Len has not made a shot from the field. Without him in the mix at the center spot, Aron Baynes and Chris Boucher stand to benefit from a potential increase in playing time. Len's next opportunity to take the floor comes Saturday against the Hornets.
