Ayo Dosunmu is Available for Saturday's Game

Minnesota Timberwolves guard/forward Ayo Dosunmu (calf) has been removed from the injury report ahead of Saturday's playoff contest against the Denver Nuggets. Dosunmu missed the regular season finale due to a calf issue, but he appears to be fine now. The Wolves are glad to have Dosunmu back for the beginning of this series. Over the last 10 games, Dosunmu is averaging 18.3 points, 6.6 rebounds, and 4.8 assists. It's unclear if he'll start or come off the bench, but regardless, Dosunmu should play an important role for the Wolves during the postseason.

Ayo Dosunmu Questionable to Play Saturday

Minnesota Timberwolves guard/forward Ayo Dosunmu (calf) is questionable for Saturday's matchup with the Detroit Pistons. He's experiencing soreness in his right calf and exited the lineup earlier in the week after being initially considered questionable for Wednesday's tilt against Houston. Anthony Edwards (knee) will remain out on Saturday, so having Dosunmu back in the lineup would be very important for the Timberwolves. The former Bull has averaged 18.8 points, 7.2 rebounds, and 4.4 assists over his last five appearances. With both Edwards and Dosunmu out, Mike Conley re-entered the rotation as a starter on Wednesday, totaling five points, five rebounds, six assists, one steal, and one block. The veteran could get another start on Saturday, giving him more fantasy appeal.

Ayo Dosunmu Won't Play Wednesday Night

Minnesota Timberwolves guard/forward Ayo Dosunmu (calf) has been ruled out for Wednesday's encounter with the Houston Rockets. The team has downgraded him from questionable to out, meaning Minnesota has lost another key contributor. Dosunmu has recently enjoyed a strong stretch, filling in for Anthony Edwards (knee) in the starting lineup. Bones Hyland has also seen increased playing time due to Edwards' absence, and he could now take on additional responsibilities as the next man up in the first unit. Meanwhile, Minnesota may reintroduce Mike Conley into the rotation because of the backcourt injuries.

Ayo Dosunmu Questionable for Wednesday

Minnesota Timberwolves guard/forward Ayo Dosunmu (calf) is questionable for Wednesday's matchup with Houston after drawing recent starts while Anthony Edwards (knee) remains sidelined. If Dosunmu sits, Minnesota may need to reshuffle its backcourt rotation, with Bones Hyland a strong candidate for extra minutes after producing 23 points, three three-pointers, three rebounds, three assists, and one steal in 30 minutes off the bench in his last outing. Hyland shapes up as a viable deep-league streamer if given a larger role, while Donte DiVincenzo and Julius Randle could also see slight usage bumps.

Ayo Dosunmu is Cleared for Friday's Game

Minnesota Timberwolves guard Ayo Dosunmu (thumb) is available to play ahead of Friday's game against the Golden State Warriors. Dosunmu is back in the mix after missing Wednesday's game due to a thumb sprain. His return to the lineup should mean Terrence Shannon Jr. will see a reduced role in the rotation. Since joining the Wolves, Dosunmu is averaging 11.0 points and 2.5 assists per game. When healthy, Dosunmu does enough on the court to at least roster in deep leagues.

Ayo Dosunmu Could Miss Second Straight Game Friday

Minnesota Timberwolves guard/forward Ayo Dosunmu (thumb) is considered questionable for Friday night's action against the Golden State Warriors. The former Bull is listed on the injury report with a right thumb sprain and could be absent for a second consecutive contest. Since moving to Minnesota, Dosunmu has averaged 11.0 points and 2.5 assists in 25.3 minutes per game. Kyle Anderson and Terrence Shannon Jr. saw their workload increase when Dosunmu sat out Wednesday's loss to the Clippers. Despite receiving more minutes, the duo failed to make a significant impact, making them poor fantasy options at present.

Ayo Dosunmu Traded to Timberwolves

The Chicago Bulls are trading guard Ayo Dosunmu to the Minnesota Timberwolves in exchange for Rob Dillingham, Leonard Miller, and four second-round picks. Dosunmu has spent the first five seasons of his career in Chicago, averaging 10.9 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 3.3 assists. His ascension was on display this season, as he averaged a career-high 15.0 points per game in 45 games. With Minnesota trading Mike Conley Jr. and now Dillingham, Dosunmu will compete for minutes at the point guard position alongside Donte DiVincenzo, who has started in every game this season for Minnesota. For Chicago, the rebuild continues, as Dosunmu's departure opens the door for newly acquired Jaden Ivey and Collin Sexton to take over the share left behind.

Ayo Dosunmu Probable for Meeting With Hawks

Chicago Bulls guard/forward Ayo Dosunmu (thumb) is listed as probable for Sunday's tilt against the Atlanta Hawks. On Friday against the Cleveland Cavaliers, Dosunmu returned to the lineup after missing three games due to thumb injuries. He was eased back into action, logging 14 minutes off the bench. He had eight points, three assists, and one steal. Before the game, it was announced that Dosunmu was under a 24-minute restriction. His workload could increase on Sunday, which would naturally boost his numbers.

Ayo Dosunmu Returns From Three-Game Absence

Chicago Bulls guard/forward Ayo Dosunmu (thumb) will end a three-game absence on Friday against the Cleveland Cavaliers. He has been dealing with thumb injuries lately. Dosunmu is set to be limited to 24 minutes on Friday. This is actually just a few minutes less than his season average playing time, so fantasy managers could still get plenty of value from Dosunmu. The 25-year-old has posted 15.2 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 3.2 assists in 27.8 minutes per game this season.

Ayo Dosunmu Remains Sidelined Wednesday

Chicago Bulls guard/forward Ayo Dosunmu (thumb) won't play on Wednesday night against the Cleveland Cavaliers. The team downgraded his status from questionable to out. This means Dosunmu won't be available for the fourth time in five games. He is dealing with injuries to both thumbs, but the team currently has him on the injury report with a right thumb sprain. Kevin Huerter and Tre Jones have extra fantasy value due to Dosunmu's absence, though their performances tend to fluctuate.
