His path to minutes is narrow with rookie Darius Acuff Jr. and Ben Simmons ahead in the ball-handling mix, while Sacramento could carry only 14 players to preserve luxury-tax flexibility. Even if Payton makes the team, his fantasy outlook remains limited.
