Joe Harris Considered Doubtful Wednesday

Detroit Pistons guard/forward Joe Harris (shoulder) is listed as doubtful for Wednesday's contest against the Grizzlies. The veteran is recovering from a shoulder sprain and will likely miss a 14th consecutive game. Having dropped 17 games in a row, the Pistons could use all the help they can get, but Harris didn't do much for the team when he was healthy. The veteran sniper struggled with his shooting and amassed only 3.4 points in 14.0 minutes. Following the season debut of Bojan Bogdanovic, Harris' hopes of carving out a meaningful role are even smaller.

Joe Harris Remains On The Sidelines Monday

Detroit Pistons guard/forward Joe Harris (shoulder) will be absent for a 10th straight game on Monday against Washington. The veteran sniper continues to nurse a shoulder strain. Detroit traded for Harris in the offseason, but it looks like the team doesn't have big plans with him, as Harris was limited to only 14.0 minutes per game before he got hurt. He will get his next chance to return on Wednesday night versus the Lakers.

Joe Harris Could Miss Next Two Weeks

Detroit Pistons guard Joe Harris (shoulder) was already ruled out ahead of Wednesday's game. Now, it sounds like the veteran guard is going to miss more time than expected. The team plans to shut down Harris and re-evaluate him in 10-14 days. This is not good timing with the Pistons already having Alec Burks (forearm) and Jaden Ivey (illness) ruled out for Wednesday. That means, Marcus Sasser is going to continue playing a significant role with the Pistons shorthanded. He should be a fairly reliable fantasy option while the Pistons are banged up.

Joe Harris On The Move To Detroit

Brooklyn Nets forward Joe Harris has been dealt to the Detroit Pistons, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski. They're also sending two second-round picks to create a traded-player exception and more financial freedom to make some deals this offseason. They'll send a 2027 second-round pick via Dallas and a 2029 second-round pick via Milwaukee. Meanwhile, the Pistons get another shooter that will hopefully get back to being at the top of the league in three-point percentage. Harris doesn't have much value fantasy-wise outside of threes.

Joe Harris To Start On Thursday

Brooklyn Nets guard Joe Harris will move into the starting five for Thursday's game against the Boston Celtics. The veteran sharpshooter will look to help fill the void while Kevin Durant (knee) is sidelined. In 18 starts, Harris is averaging 10.3 points, 3.1 rebounds, 2.1 assists this season. He is certainly worth a look as a streaming option while he has an expanded role. Also, Seth Curry and T.J. Warren have more fantasy appeal as they should both have bigger roles while Durant is sidelined.

Joe Harris Out On Saturday

Brooklyn Nets guard/forward Joe Harris (knee) will not play Saturday against the Charlotte Hornets. The sharpshooter has missed the Nets' previous three games and will sit out versus Charlotte, as stated by head coach Jacque Vaughn. As a result, Royce O'Neale and T.J. Warren should remain Brooklyn's top options on the wing, with Yuta Watanabe also expected to see an increase in minutes.

Joe Harris May Miss Rest Of Road Trip

The Brooklyn Nets are unsure when Joe Harris (knee) will rejoin the team as he deals with knee soreness and swelling. Harris is currently rehabbing his knee in Brooklyn while the Nets are on a road trip through the end of the calendar year. This does not sound like good news for Harris and fantasy managers would be wise to stay away from the situation. Seth Curry and Yuta Watanabe should continue to get extra minutes off the bench while Harris continues to recover.

Joe Harris To Miss Third Consecutive Game Wednesday

Brooklyn Nets guard Joe Harris (knee) will not play Wednesday against the Atlanta Hawks. Harris continues to deal with knee soreness and does not seem to be making much progress with his injury. Yuta Watanabe and T.J. Warren should continue to see increased minutes off the bench. Seth Curry (illness) is probable to play Wednesday and may seem extra minutes as well.

Joe Harris Out On Thursday

Brooklyn Nets guard/forward Joe Harris (ankle) won't be available for Thursday's clash with the Mavericks. The veteran sniper saw his season debut get delayed by a left ankle sprain, and the team doesn't want to push him too much. Harris hasn't played a lot in 2022 either, averaging only around 20 minutes a night. With Seth Curry (ankle) also still out, Brooklyn's young guard is expected to step up. Cam Thomas and Kessler Edwards haven't yet contributed much this season, leaving the Nets sitting on a 1-3 record.

Joe Harris Set For Season Debut Off The Bench

Brooklyn Nets guard/forward Joe Harris (foot) will make his season debut on Friday against Toronto. The 31-year-old sniper is slated to play off the bench. Harris has been dealing with a left foot injury and he wasn't ready to play on Wednesday against New Orleans. He also missed most of last season with injury troubles, so Harris should be fired up for Friday night. He should provide a nice spark for the Nets bench, with Cameron Thomas settling for a lesser role.
