Isaiah Stewart Available in Trade Talks

Detroit Pistons forward/center Isaiah Stewart is available in trade talks, according to Sam Amick of The Athletic. The report notes that Detroit is searching for more shooting and playmaking, and Paul Reed could see a larger role if Stewart is moved. Stewart has two years and $30 million left on his deal, with the second season carrying a team option. The 25-year-old averaged 10.0 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 1.1 assists last season, while Reed posted 7.8 points and 4.5 boards in a smaller role. A move could help Stewart if he lands with a team that needs frontcourt defense, while Reed would be the immediate fantasy name to monitor in Detroit.

Jalen Duren Expected to Clear $30 Million Per Year

Detroit Pistons center Jalen Duren is expected to land a restricted free-agent deal worth more than $30 million annually, according to ESPN's Tim Bontemps. The 22-year-old bet on himself by not signing an extension last offseason, and his regular-season leap made that decision look sharp. Duren averaged 19.5 points, 10.5 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 0.8 steals, and 0.8 blocks in 28.2 minutes while shooting 65.0% from the field. His playoff dip adds some risk, but a long-term deal would confirm Detroit still views him as a core interior piece next to Cade Cunningham. For fantasy managers, Duren's rebounding, efficiency, and secure role keep him firmly on the early-round radar.

Isaiah Stewart Could Draw Trade Interest

Detroit Pistons forward Isaiah Stewart could be an interesting trade target for teams this summer. Stewart is one of the best rim protectors in the league and is on a reasonable contract for the next two seasons. Last season, Stewart averaged career highs in blocks (1.6) while averaging 10.0 points and 5.0 rebounds across 22.7 minutes per game. The Pistons don't have a ton of incentive to trade him, especially with Jalen Duren possibly leaving in free agency. It wouldn't be shocking to see the Pistons feel out some trade offers, but they probably won't move Stewart unless they get blown away.

Tobias Harris May Remain in Motown

Detroit Pistons forward Tobias Harris will be an unrestricted free agent this offseason, but the team wants to keep him around. "We hope that we can bring him back," Pistons general manager Trajan Langdon said on Tuesday. "He's somebody we want to keep in a Pistons uniform." Harris has spent the last two seasons in Detroit after signing a $52 million contract as a free agent in 2024. He averaged 13.3 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 2.5 assists in 63 regular-season appearances this term. During the playoffs, Harris improved his production to 18.1 points and 7.2 rebounds per game, which might have been the decisive factor in Detroit's willingness to negotiate a new contract with him. At 33, Harris remains a dependable but modest contributor in fantasy basketball.

Pistons Eager to Keep Jalen Duren

Detroit Pistons center Jalen Duren had a disappointing postseason, but the team remains high on him and plans to lock him up with an extension this offseason. "JD had a fantastic season," Pistons general manager Trajan Langdon said on Tuesday. "He's one of the biggest contributors to us being a No. 1 seed." Duren became an All-Star in 2025-26, averaging 19.5 points and 10.5 rebounds. However, his production dipped to 10.2 points and 8.5 rebounds during the playoffs. This is set to hurt his value as a restricted free agent in the summer. But Duren, who has plenty of room to develop as a 22-year-old, remains very much part of Detroit's plans and should continue to be a double-double threat in fantasy for many years to come.

Tobias Harris Goes Cold in Game 7 Loss

Detroit Pistons forward Tobias Harris recorded five points, five rebounds, two assists, one steal, and one block in Sunday's 125-94 Game 7 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers. He missed all six of his field-goal attempts but went 5-for-6 at the line, finishing the night without a made shot from the floor. Harris averaged 13.3 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 2.5 assists during the regular season, so the empty shooting line was a costly finish to his postseason run. With Detroit's offense sputtering badly in the closeout game, Harris offered only modest fantasy value through the peripheral stats.

Jalen Duren Finishes Game 7 with Quiet Line

Detroit Pistons center Jalen Duren produced seven points, nine rebounds, three assists, and two blocks in Sunday's 125-94 Game 7 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers. The 22-year-old went 3-for-7 from the field and 1-for-2 at the line as Detroit's season ended in the second round. Duren had posted 15 points, 11 rebounds, three blocks, and one steal in Game 6, so the muted closeout line was a frustrating fantasy finish after a strong campaign. He averaged 19.5 points, 10.5 rebounds, and 2.0 assists during the regular season, keeping his long-term value pointed up despite the postseason exit.

Cade Cunningham Endures Cold Shooting Night Sunday

Detroit Pistons guard Cade Cunningham amassed 13 points, four rebounds, five assists, and two steals in Sunday's 125-94 Game 7 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers. The 24-year-old shot 5-for-16 from the field and 3-for-3 at the free-throw line while missing all seven of his attempts from beyond the arc. It was a rough finish to a strong campaign after Cunningham averaged 23.9 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 9.9 assists during the regular season. His playmaking floor remains excellent, but the cold perimeter shooting left Detroit without enough offense in the closeout loss.

Kevin Huerter Active on Sunday Night

Detroit Pistons guard/forward Kevin Huerter (adductor) will be in the lineup on Sunday against the Cleveland Cavaliers. He's been cleared for Game 7 after initially being considered questionable for the contest due to an adductor strain. Duncan Robinson (back) and Caris LeVert (heel) have also received the green light to play, meaning Huerter isn't expected to have a significant role on Sunday. He was also active in Game 6 but didn't leave the bench.

Duncan Robinson, Caris LeVert Available Sunday

Detroit Pistons guard/forward Duncan Robinson (back) and guard/forward Caris LeVert (heel) have been cleared to play in Game 7 against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Sunday. Both players were listed as questionable on the initial injury report. Robinson and LeVert combined for 22 points and five assists off the bench in Game 6. Having filled significant roles in the rotation, they'll need to stay productive on Sunday if the Pistons are to reach their first Conference Finals since 2008.

Kevin Huerter Iffy for Sunday Night

Detroit Pistons guard/forward Kevin Huerter (adductor) remains on the injury report ahead of Game 7 against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Sunday. After missing seven games due to an adductor strain, Huerter has suited up for back-to-back games despite being listed as questionable each time. However, he logged only three minutes in Game 5 and was a DNP-CD in Game 6 on Friday night. Overall, Huerter has been limited to 9.2 minutes per game across five postseason appearances, so even if he's cleared to play on Sunday, he might not be part of the rotation.

Caris LeVert  • SF  •  Pistons

Caris LeVert Questionable for Game 7

Detroit Pistons guard/forward Caris LeVert (heel) is considered questionable for Game 7 against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Sunday night. The former Cavalier is nursing a right heel contusion. Given that LeVert has played through the injury so far, it seems likely he will suit up on Sunday. He's done a decent job off the bench in the series, averaging 8.8 points, 2.3 rebounds, 1.3 assists, and 1.2 steals in 20.5 minutes per game. If LeVert isn't in the lineup, Marcus Sasser and Duncan Robinson (back) can expect a larger workload, though Robinson is also listed as questionable.

Duncan Robinson Back on Injury Report Ahead of Game 7

Detroit Pistons guard/forward Duncan Robinson (back) is listed as questionable for Sunday's Game 7 against the Cleveland Cavaliers. Robinson hurt his lower back earlier in the series and didn't play in Game 5. He was listed as questionable ahead of Game 6 but managed to return to action, contributing 14 points in 20 minutes off the bench. It's hard to imagine Robinson sitting out Sunday's crucial game, but if he has to miss time again, Daniss Jenkins, Caris LeVert (heel), and Marcus Sasser will be in a position to see additional minutes on the floor.

Duncan Robinson Nets 14 Points With Four Triples

Detroit Pistons guard/forward Duncan Robinson had a major impact in his return to action on Friday against the Cleveland Cavaliers, contributing 14 points in 20 minutes off the bench in a 115-94 win. Following a tightly-contested first half, Detroit won the third quarter 30-19, with Robinson nailing a pair of three-pointers late in the frame. Overall, he finished 4-for-7 from behind the arc and had no two-point attempts, going 2-for-3 at the line. After missing one game due to a lower back injury, Robinson also contributed two rebounds and two assists. Daniss Jenkins, who jumped into the starting unit as Robinson's replacement in Game 5, recorded 15 points, three rebounds, and three assists on Friday. With both players performing well, Pistons head coach J.B. Bickerstaff has little reason to tinker with the starting lineup in Game 7 on Sunday.

Cade Cunningham  • PG  •  Pistons

Cade Cunningham Contributes 21 Points in Game 6 Win

Detroit Pistons point guard Cade Cunningham notched a team-high 21 points and delivered eight assists in Friday's 115-94 elimination game victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Pistons' superstar wasn't very efficient with his work, going 7-for-19 from the field and committing seven turnovers, but he still made a big impact. Five of Cunningham's makes came with 10 attempts from behind the arc. His line included two rebounds in 42 minutes. Over the last two games, Cunningham has made 11 triples and boasts a 47.6% three-point efficiency in the series. He has averaged 25.7 points, 4.7 rebounds, 8.3 assists, and 1.2 steals against Cleveland. In Game 7 on Sunday, the pressure will be on Cunningham to lead the Pistons to their first Conference Finals appearance since 2008.

Jalen Duren Bounces Back With Double-Double

Detroit Pistons center Jalen Duren tallied a 15-point, 11-rebound double-double and added three blocks and one steal in Friday's 115-94 Game 6 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers. The All-Star big man provided the perfect response to being benched in Game 5. His performance was especially remarkable considering Duren injured his left ankle in the third quarter. Luckily for the Pistons, the 22-year-old big man was able to return for the fourth and helped the team secure an impressive road victory. Duren made only one of four free-throw attempts but finished a very good 7-for-10 from the field. The challenge for Duren now is to replicate this performance in Game 7 on Sunday.

Jalen Duren Available to Finish Game 6

Detroit Pistons center Jalen Duren (ankle) started the fourth quarter of Game 6 against the Cleveland Cavaliers. He injured his left ankle midway through the third quarter. Duren made several trips to the locker room but appears to have avoided a major injury. Paul Reed enjoyed a strong stretch during Duren's absence. Before the injury, Duren was having his best performance of the series, posting nine points, seven rebounds, one steal, and two blocks.

Kevin Huerter  • SG  •  Pistons

Kevin Huerter is Available for Game 6

Detroit Pistons guard Kevin Huerter (adductor) is available to play for Friday's Game 6 against the Cleveland Cavaliers. Huerter made his return to the court after a seven-game absence on Wednesday. He only logged in three minutes of playing time during Wednesday's overtime defeat. It's unlikely that Huerter sees much of an increase in playing time on Friday. Duncan Robinson (back) is returning after missing Game 5, so it's possible that Huerter doesn't play at all. DFS managers should not count on Huerter to be a reliable option ahead of this must-win matchup.

Duncan Robinson is Returning for Game 6

Detroit Pistons guard Duncan Robinson (back) is available to play ahead of Friday's Game 6 against the Cleveland Cavaliers. Robinson is back in the mix after being forced to miss Wednesday's Game 5 defeat. Daniss Jenkins moved into the starting five with Robinson unable to go in the last game. He played over 40 minutes, but should see a significantly reduced role with Robinson returning on Friday. The assumption is that Robinson will move back into the starting five. He'll be a decent source of three-pointers, but doesn't offer a ton of upside outside of that.

Caris LeVert  • SF  •  Pistons

Caris LeVert is Cleared for Game 6 on Friday

Detroit Pistons guard Caris LeVert (heel) is available to play ahead of Friday's Game 6 against the Cleveland Cavaliers. As expected, LeVert is cleared to play after being listed as questionable on the injury report. He figures to only play minutes in the 20s with Kevin Huerter and Duncan Robinson both active for this game. The Pistons won't need to lean on LeVert as much as they did earlier in the series. He finished with seven points across 24 minutes of action during Wednesday's Game 5 defeat. The return of Robinson will likely hurt LeVert's overall upside as a DFS option for Friday.
