Washington Wizards guard Jordan McRae has been acquired by the Denver Nuggets in exchange for guard Shabazz Napier. This is a solid move for Denver, but it's going to hurt McRae's fantasy value. He saw plenty of chances with the tanking Wizards, but will fight for his time off the bench in Denver. McRae could be a deep league option, but belongs on the waiver wire in standard leagues. Napier won't have a huge role in Washington and is basically a deep league streaming option.

McRaes absence marks his first outing on the sidelines in over a month, as Troy Brown Jr. is likely to see an increased role with the second unit without McRae available. The Wizards return home Thursday to open a six-game homestand, with the hope that McRae could get back into the rotation when they take on the Hornets.
