The young guard was expected to have an increased workload with the team shorthanded. However, Thybulle only lasted 16 minutes due to a sprained ankle. Thybulle has strong upside on defense, but has been buried on the depth chart this season. He looks more like a deep league option right now. Thybulle is widely considered one of the best defenders in the league, finishing the 2021-22 season by averaging nearly two steals per game. With Danny Green (knee) uncertain to remain in Philadelphia, the team will certainly need to keep Thybulle, especially since moving him won't do much from a fiscal standpoint. However, fantasy managers shouldn't expect him to be a consistent producer, though that could change if he picks things up on the offensive end this year.
