The Titans have been hoping to feature Firkser more in the red zone as well. The Titans were on their bye in Week 13, so perhaps he'll be a bigger part of the passing game on third downs and in the red zone when they return to action in Week 14 against the Jacksonville Jaguars. The 26-year-old has 20 receptions for 145 yards and no touchdowns on 28 targets through 10 games this season while losing targets to both MyCole Pruitt and Geoff Swaim. Firkser leads the team's TEs with his 145 receiving yards, but both Pruitt and Swaim have 139 yards apiece and have combined for five touchdowns. Firkser has played over 50% of the offensive snaps just once in 2021 and will remain a TE2 to avoid coming out of the bye.

Tennessee Titans tight end Anthony Firkser has been quiet this season and is a deep-league option, at best, in Sunday's matchup against the Indianapolis Colts. He's caught 11 of 15 targets for 95 yards over five games in 2021. The 26-year-old grabbed his only target for nine yards in a Week 7 win over the Kansas City Chiefs. He's taken a back seat as the Titans primary pass-catching tight end to MyCole Pruitt, who caught a touchdown and out-snapped Firkser 35 to 22 in Week 7. The Colts defense ranks 24th in DVOA against opposing tight ends, but Firsker, Pruitt and Geoff Swaim continue to be in a timeshare, making it tough to trust any of the Titans tight ends as a fantasy option in 2021. Fantasy managers searching for a tight end streamer can look for a different alternative, as Firkser is a dart throw, at best, in Week 8.
