The Baltimore Ravens officially signed veteran defensive lineman Brent Urban to an undisclosed deal on Monday. Urban played in only six games for the Dallas Cowboys last year after undergoing surgery to fix a torn triceps. In his six games played, he had only three tackles and a pass defensed. The 31-year-old was originally a fourth-round pick by the Ravens in 2014 out of Virginia, so he'll be returning to the team that he spent his first four NFL seasons with. Urban has a total of 107 tackles (60 solo), 10 tackles for loss, nine QB hits, six sacks and nine passes defensed in 76 career games (31 starts) over seven NFL seasons.
Baltimore Ravens defensive end Brent Urban has suffered a Lisfranc injury and will need surgery on his foot. This is a serious injury which will cause him to miss the entire rest of the season. Losing Urban is another gut punch to a team that has lost more than a dozen players and is recovering from a 44-7 loss. The Baltimore DEF had been great the first two weeks before the blowout loss in Week 3 so this injury is worth noting for fantasy owners,
