Veteran defensive lineman Bryan Mone has been released by the Seahawks ahead of free agency, according to Ari Meirov of The 33rd Team. The move creates $5.39 million in cap space for the organization. Seattle released tight end Will Dissly and safeties Jamal Adams and Quandre Diggs this week in cap-clearing maneuvers under new head coach Mike MacDonald. Mone signed with Seattle as an undrafted free agent in 2019 and racked up 73 tackles, two sacks, and 10.5 run stuffs over the last four seasons.
