Free agent safety Da'Norris Searcy signed a two-year contract with the Panthers, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. Searcy made an appearance in all 16 games for the Titans last season, but was expendable with All-Pro Kevin Byard and free-agent pickup Johnathan Cyprien still on the team. With Kurt Coleman released, the Panthers' top two safeties are Searcy and 36-year-old Mike Adams.
