The Chicago Bears agreed to a two-year deal worth over $7 million per year with former Tennessee Titans defensive end DeMarcus Walker on Monday, according to his agents. Walker broke out in his first year with the Titans and his sixth year in the NFL by recording 32 tackles (23 solo), a career-high seven sacks, 10 tackles for loss and 16 QB hits in 17 games (six starts) in Tennessee. The 28-year-old was taken in the second round in 2017 by the Denver Broncos, and he spent the first four seasons of his career in Denver. In his six NFL campaigns, Walker has produced 114 tackles (75 solo), 19.5 sacks, 24 tackles for loss, 39 QB hits, two forced fumbles and a fumble recovery in 66 games played (13 starts).

He was originally a second-round pick by the Denver Broncos in 2017 out of Florida State. In his four seasons in Denver, Walker had 51 tackles, 10.5 sacks, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery in 36 games (five starts). He'll be joining a defensive line group that includes Jeffery Simmons, Denico Autry, Teair Tart, Naquan Jones, Larrell Murchison, Da'Shawn Hand and Kevin Strong.

He has 82 tackles (52 solo), 14 tackles for loss, 23 QB hits, 12.5 sacks, two forced fumbles and a fumble recovery in five NFL seasons over 49 games (seven starts).
