Seth Williams Posts 68 Yards Receiving On Saturday
Denver Broncos wide receiver Seth Williams led the team in receiving in Saturday's preseason finale against the Minnesota Vikings with four receptions on five targets for 68 yards in the 23-13 win. Williams caught his only target for a 34-yard gain in two games played last year for the Broncos, spending the majority of the year on the practice squad. He entered training camp battling Kendall Hinton, Montrell Washington and Travis Fulgham for the team's final receiving spot heading into the regular season. Even if the 22-year-old makes the squad, he'll be miles away from fantasy relevance.

The Denver Broncos cut rookie wide receiver Seth Williams on Tuesday. The news was a bit surprising as Williams was creating some buzz this offseason. However, the team is loaded at receiver with Jerry Jeudy and Courtland Sutton leading the way and KJ Hamler and Tim Patrick behind them. The 6'3" Williams was a sixth round pick out of Auburn this year. He was considered by some to be a steal in the draft. We'll see who takes a chance on him. He's worth keeping an eye on for dynasty league managers as he could have some long-term upside if he finds the right landing spot.

He's not the most consistent receiver in the world, but his athleticism gives him a shot to earn snaps as the third receiver on this Broncos team. Of course, their quarterback issues are a concern that could prevent Williams for doing much as a rookie.
