Adam Henrique Returns To Action Monday

Edmonton Oilers forward Adam Henrique (ankle) is ready to return to the lineup on Monday against Dallas. He's set to make only his second appearance since Round 2 after recovering from an ankle injury. The 34-year-old is projected to center the third line, and he's also penciled in for second power-play duty. Henrique has recorded one goal and two points in six playoff games this year. His return pushes Ryan McLeod out of the lineup.

Adam Henrique Nearing Return

Edmonton Oilers forward Adam Henrique (ankle) will remain out for Thursday's Game 5 against Vancouver, but he is close to returning, according to head coach Kris Knoblauch. Henrique has been out for three of the last four games while dealing with an ankle injury. He has totaled two points (one goal, one assist) in six playoff games this year. Connor Brown has filled the open spot in the lineup, but the 30-year-old winger has only played limited minutes on the fourth line and hasn't yet registered any points in the series against the Canucks.

Adam Henrique Remains Out For Game 4

Edmonton Oilers forward Adam Henrique (ankle) will miss a second consecutive contest on Tuesday against Vancouver. He's battling an ankle injury, featuring only once in the second-round series. Henrique skated on the first line before getting hurt. The Oilers are in trouble in the matchup, giving up 12 goals and falling 2-1 behind. Oilers head coach Kris Knoblauch will attempt to shift the momentum in the series with a goalie change on Tuesday. He has also shaken up his lines, with Ryan Nugent-Hopkins jumping on the top line to join Connor McDavid and Zach Hyman.

Adam Henrique Unavailable On Sunday

Edmonton Oilers forward Adam Henrique (lower body) will come out of the lineup on Sunday in Game 3 versus Vancouver. The veteran will miss his second game in the series after also being unavailable for Game 1. He was limited to 11:38 of ice time when Henrique returned to the lineup in Game 2. Connor Brown will take Henrique's spot on Sunday, making only his second postseason appearance of the year. The 30-year-old saw 7:35 of ice time in Game 1 against the Canucks, finishing with one hit and two penalty minutes.

Adam Henrique A Game-Time Call Friday

Edmonton Oilers forward Adam Henrique (lower body) could jump back into action on Friday against Vancouver. He's officially considered a game-time decision for the contest. After averaging close to 16 minutes per game on the top line in Round 1, Henrique was unavailable when Edmonton kicked off the second-round series against the Canucks on Wednesday. Mattias Janmark took over his position next to Connor McDavid, while Connor Brown made his postseason debut on the fourth line. Brown could be the odd man out again on Friday if Henrique returns, although a question mark hangs over Leon Draisaitl (undisclosed), and his absence would result in a significant line shake-up.

Adam Henrique Officially Out For Game 1

Edmonton Oilers forward Adam Henrique (lower body) has been officially ruled out for Game 1 against Vancouver on Wednesday. The veteran lands on the shelf after posting two points (one goal, one assist) in five against Los Angeles in the first round. Connor Brown will enter the lineup for his first postseason action of the year. Meanwhile, Mattias Janmark, who finished Round 1 with two assists, will move to the first line. The Swedish forward will have extra fantasy value on Wednesday as he links up with Connor McDavid and Zach Hyman, who have combined for 20 points this postseason.

Adam Henrique Set To Miss Game 1 Against Canucks

Edmonton Oilers forward Adam Henrique (lower body) isn't expected to play in Game 1 against the Canucks on Wednesday. The veteran has missed multiple practice sessions after the team made quick work of the Kings in five games in Round 1 of the playoffs. Henrique recorded two points (one goal, one assist) against Los Angeles while getting top-line minutes. Mattias Janmark is now poised to join Connor McDavid and Zach Hyman on the first line Wednesday night, with Connor Brown filling the vacated spot in the lineup.

Adam Henrique Collects Two Points In Game 1 Victory

Edmonton Oilers forward Adam Henrique bagged a goal and an assist when the team opened its 2024 playoff campaign with a comfortable 7-4 victory over Los Angeles Monday night. Lining up on the first line with Connor McDavid and Zach Hyman, Henrique scored Edmonton's second goal in the middle of the first period and tallied the assist when Hyman put the Oilers 3-0 up early in the second. The veteran hadn't scored a postseason goal since Game 6 of the 2012 Stanley Cup Final. The 4,333 days between the two Henrique strikes mark the longest stretch without a postseason goal by a player in NHL history. It's an unpleasant record to have, but after going 12 years without a single goal, Henrique should get plenty of joy in front of the net in 2024 with McDavid next to him.

Adam Henrique Posts First Career Hat Trick

Anaheim Ducks forward Adam Henrique continued his good goal-scoring form with his first career hat trick on Sunday versus New Jersey. After lighting the lamp three times in six games, Henrique erupted for three tallies in one game, leading the Ducks to a 5-1 win over his former team. Henrique lacks consistency in his offensive production, but he's had a decent campaign with nine goals and 16 points in 29 games. Six of the points have come in seven appearances this month.

Adam Henrique A Game-Time Decision For Thursday

Anaheim Ducks forward Adam Henrique is feeling under the weather and might have to skip Thursday's home game against the Stars. The veteran missed the morning skate, giving up his spot on the top line to Leo Carlsson, who's set to make his NHL debut Thursday. Henrique has tallied one point in two games to open his 13th NHL season. He's been one of the Ducks' most consistent scorers, but staying in the lineup always tends to be a problem for him, with the 33-year-old having missed 44 games across the past two seasons.

Adam Henrique Scores Twice In Ducks Win

Anaheim Ducks forward Adam Henrique netted two goals in a 5-4 overtime victory to top the Arizona Coyotes Saturday. Henrique has only played two games since late February. However, when he's been healthy, the centerman has had a decent season logging 21 goals and 15 assists in 59 contests. Since coming back, he has had two goals and one assist. Unfortunately, Anaheim has just three games remaining in the regular season and will not make the playoffs.

Adam Henrique Out With An MCL Sprain

Anaheim Ducks forward Adam Henrique (knee) could be done for the season, with the veteran needing five-to-six weeks to recover from an MCL sprain suffered on Feb. 21. He's already been unavailable for five games and the Ducks have no reason to rush him back, as the team sits near the bottom of the Western Conference. Henrique has been the team's fifth-highest scorer this season, putting up 33 points across 57 games. His injury has allowed Max Jones to step into a top-six role, although the 25-year-old hasn't made much of an impact and should remain on the waiver wire in fantasy leagues.

Adam Henrique Goes Down With Injury

Anaheim Ducks forward Adam Henrique suffered a lower-body injury in Tuesday's 6-1 loss to Tampa Bay. He missed the third period and finished with 10:55 of ice time. The Ducks attack has already been without Troy Terry (upper body) for most of the month and a serious injury to Henrique would be another bad blow. The veteran has posted only two points across the last seven games, but he's tied for the top spot on the team with 19 goals and has added 14 assists in 57 outings. We should know more about Henrique's injury before Thursday's game against the Capitals.

Adam Henrique Lights The Lamp Twice

Anaheim Ducks forward Adam Henrique tallied two goals as the team beat Vegas 3-2 in a shootout Wednesday night. He opened the scoring 3:27 into the game and added a second nine minutes later. Troy Terry and Trevor Zegras logged the assists on both occasions. Terry and Zegras were also the lone scorers in the shootout. Henrique plays with exciting linemates, but he has struggled to be effective, with his work in December consisting only of four goals and three assists. The veteran is on 11 goals and eight assists for the whole campaign with 35 games played. 11 of Henrique's points came in 13 November appearances. Playing on a line with Terry and Zegras, Henrique has the potential to go on another scoring spurt, but fantasy managers shouldn't count on it.

Adam Henrique Misses Wednesday's Action For Personal Reasons

Anaheim Ducks forward Adam Henrique won't be in the lineup for personal reasons Wednesday versus Minnesota. He and his wife are set to welcome a baby into the world. Henrique exits the lineup at a bad time for the Ducks, as the veteran had just heated up, scoring his first four goals of the season in the last four games. Henrique also boasts one assist for the campaign in 13 games. He hasn't had a great time so far, but Henrique has been skating on the first line and managers in deep leagues should certainly have their eye on him. The 32-year-old had a nice 42-point campaign in 58 outings last term, and his scoring rate should definitely improve as the season progresses.

Adam Henrique Misses Monday's Contest

Anaheim Ducks forward Adam Henrique (lower body) hasn't traveled with the team to Washington and will miss Monday's game against the Capitals. The 31-year-old got injured in Friday's 4-3 shootout loss to Calgary, and with Ryan Getzlaf (lower body) also dropping out of the lineup last week, the Ducks are now suddenly missing a third of their top six. Troy Terry will skate with Sam Steel and Vinni Lettieri on Monday. The Ducks also play on Tuesday at Buffalo, so Henrique will likely miss multiple games. It's a shame because the veteran is having a very good season with 16 points in 24 games.

Adam Henrique Leaves Game Friday With Lower-Body Injury

Anaheim Ducks center Adam Henrique played less than 10 minutes on Friday night against the Calgary Flames. He left the game during the second period due to a lower-body injury. It is believed that the injury may have occurred after an Erik Gudbranson hit before the end of the first period. Henrique took several shifts but did not look quite right and ultimately was pulled from the contest. He still delivered a hit and had a shot on goal, but his injury boosted the ice time of Isac Lundestrom and Rickard Rakell by several minutes. Henrique is listed as day-to-day as tests are pending.

Adam Henrique Makes A Quick Return To Ducks Lineup

Anaheim Ducks forward Adam Henrique (upper body) will be back in the lineup Friday against Ottawa after missing one game. His injury in Monday's 3-2 loss to Nashville was a big blow for Anaheim, as Henrique's line with Ryan Getzlaf and Troy Terry has clicked very well this month, but luckily for the team, the 31-year-old is back here. Henrique has racked up 15 points in 19 appearances this season. He helped Terry to a 16-game point streak and Getzlaf has been going through his second youth on the line as well this season. Derek Grant, who skated with Terry and Getzlaf in Wednesday's 5-2 loss to Colorado, drops to the fourth line.

Adam Henrique Will Not Play Versus Colorado

Anaheim Ducks center Adam Henrique suffered an upper-body injury during the second period of a 3-2 loss in Nashville on Monday night. Due to the effects of the malady, he was held out of tonight's game and will be listed as questionable for the weekend. The injury does not appear to be serious even though he returned back to Anaheim. Henrique is still being listed as day-to-day. It looks like Derek Grant will take his spot in the lineup between Ryan Getzlaf and Troy Terry. Henrique had 15 points in 19 games before the injury.

Adam Henrique Sustains An Upper-Body Injury

Anaheim Ducks forward Adam Henrique exited Monday's 3-2 loss to Nashville early after sustaining an upper-body injury. He logged only 6:20 of action and wasn't seen after the first period. He should be considered day-to-day for now, and there are already some reports saying that the 31-year-old will be out for Wednesday's clash with the Avalanche. Henrique has formed a very productive line with Ryan Getzlaf and Troy Terry, who put together a 16-game point streak before coming up empty-handed Monday night. Henrique had a four-game point streak entering Monday's action, and he boasts 15 points for the whole campaign in 19 games.
