Nikita Kucherov Has Four-Point Outing Saturday

Tampa Bay Lightning right wing Nikita Kucherov recorded an eighth consecutive multi-point game on Saturday, notching two goals and two assists in a 7-2 road win over the Philadelphia Flyers. He bagged all the points during even-strength play and already had two goals within the opening 6:05 of action. Kucherov has been on a phenomenal run since late December, becoming only the third active player with a multi-point streak of at least eight games. It was last achieved by former Lightning captain Steven Stamkos in 2021-22. The Russian superstar moved to fourth on the NHL's scoring charts, boasting 65 points (22 goals, 43 assists) through 39 appearances.

Nikita Kucherov Bags Five Points Against Sharks

Tampa Bay Lightning right wing Nikita Kucherov was sensational in Saturday's 7-2 win over the San Jose Sharks, finishing the contest with one goal and four assists. Three of Kucherov's points came on the power play, including his goal. There have now been 23 five-point games in Lightning history, and Kucherov has been responsible for eight of those. The back-to-back Art Ross Trophy winner has been in video-game mode recently, posting a five-game goal streak and a seven-game point streak. During the hot streak, he has totaled seven goals and 10 assists. Next up, Kucherov will look to outperform the NHL's leading scorer, Nathan MacKinnon, heading into Tuesday's clash with the Colorado Avalanche on 59 points (20 goals, 39 assists) through 37 outings.

Nikita Kucherov a Game-Time Call Saturday

Tampa Bay Lightning right wing Nikita Kucherov (illness) is a game-time decision for Saturday's tilt against the Carolina Hurricanes. On Thursday, Kucherov was a late scratch for a meeting with the Los Angeles Kings. He has been dealing with an illness and didn't skate on Saturday morning. Kucherov has once again been a scoring machine with the Lightning, notching 42 points (13 goals, 29 assists) in 30 outings. Brandon Hagel (upper body) has already been ruled out for Saturday, giving Gage Goncalves a top-six job. However, he has limited fantasy value, producing seven points (two goals, five assists) in 30 appearances this season.

Nikita Kucherov Out on Saturday

Tampa Bay Lightning right wing Nikita Kucherov (undisclosed) won't play on Saturday against the New York Islanders. The three-time NHL scoring leader is dealing with an undisclosed injury, which will keep him sidelined for a third time this season. Kucherov has enjoyed a couple of huge weeks, taking up a position once again among the NHL's highest scorers. He has registered 34 points (12 goals, 22 assists) in 25 games. Brayden Point (undisclosed), who has missed six games, is questionable for Saturday's matchup, so Tampa Bay may be without two huge top-six pieces. Kucherov is considered day-to-day, and his first chance to return to action will come on Monday night against the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Nikita Kucherov Good to Go Monday

Tampa Bay Lightning right wing Nikita Kucherov (undisclosed) will play in Monday's contest against the Philadelphia Flyers. Due to an undisclosed health issue, Kucherov's night at the office was cut short on Saturday against the Washington Capitals, but he won't miss additional time. Despite logging only 5:18 of ice time against Washington, Kucherov notched three points (one goal, two assists). He has recovered from a slow start to the season, posting a five-game point streak. For the season, Kucherov has managed 10 goals and 22 points in 19 appearances.

Nikita Kucherov Hurt on Saturday

Tampa Bay Lightning right wing Nikita Kucherov (undisclosed) was limited to a handful of minutes on Saturday night against the Washington Capitals. The former MVP had a monster start in the contest, racking up a goal and two assists, but he was hurt early in the second period. Kucherov exited the action after a hard hit from Capitals forward Tom Wilson. On Saturday, Kucherov had at least one point in a fifth consecutive game, taking his overall tally to 22 points (10 goals, 12 assists) through 19 outings. He has recovered well from a slow start to the season. However, the Russian superstar may now have to spend some time on the sidelines due to injury.

Nikita Kucherov Lifts Lightning Past Golden Knights

Tampa Bay Lightning right wing Nikita Kucherov played a pivotal role in Thursday's 6-3 win over the Vegas Golden Knights, recording three third-period points. The teams entered the final frame tied at two before Kucherov racked up two goals and one assist. He posted at least three points in a single period for the 27th time in his career, ranking only below Connor McDavid (28) among active players. This season, Kucherov has struggled for consistency, but his scoring rate has still been high. With 12 games played, the Russian superstar has produced seven goals and 14 points. He's had multiple points in almost half of his outings (5).

Nikita Kucherov Set to Return Against Blackhawks

Tampa Bay Lightning right wing Nikita Kucherov (illness) is expected to rejoin the lineup for Thursday's tilt against the Chicago Blackhawks. The back-to-back Art Ross Trophy winner has missed a pair of games due to illness, but he returned to practice earlier in the week. On Wednesday, Kucherov skated with Brandon Hagel and Anthony Cirelli. Kucherov has experienced some early-season struggles, and it looks like Lightning head coach Jon Cooper wants to try to get him going with a new pair of linemates. In four appearances this season, Kucherov has been limited to three points (one goal, two assists), and he holds a minus-eight rating.

Nikita Kucherov Struck by Illness

Tampa Bay Lightning right wing Nikita Kucherov missed Friday's 2-1 overtime loss to the Detroit Red Wings due to illness. He was a late scratch for the contest, with Jack Finley stepping into the lineup. Gage Goncalves moved up to the first line. The Lightning clearly missed Kucherov, as they were almost shut out in the contest. There's no time off for the team, with a matchup against the Columbus Blue Jackets coming up on Saturday, and fantasy managers should consider Kucherov questionable for the clash. Goncalves, who has logged three assists in five games this season, could see increased usage again if Kucherov remains out.

Nikita Kucherov Takes Home Second Ted Lindsay Award

Tampa Bay Lightning right wing Nikita Kucherov has won the Ted Lindsay Award for the second time in his career. It's an award handed out annually to the NHL's most outstanding player in the regular season as judged by the members of the NHL Players' Association. This marks Kucherov's third consecutive season with at least 100 points, as the 31-year-old continues to make scoring seem effortless. Next season, Kucherov will strive to join a select group of 15 players in NHL history who have recorded at least four consecutive seasons with 100 or more points.

Nikita Kucherov Records Three Assists In Game 3 Win

Tampa Bay Lightning right wing Nikita Kucherov recorded three assists in Saturday's 5-1 victory against the Florida Panthers. The Lightning desperately needed a road win to avoid falling into a 3-0 hole in the series, and one of their leaders stepped up big time in the contest. Kucherov had managed only one point -- a power-play assist -- in the first two games of the matchup. He now holds 11 career postseason games with three or more helpers, ranking third all-time behind Wayne Gretzky (28) and Mark Messier (12). When Kucherov is in form, the Lightning perform well, and the team will hope he can sustain his productivity for the rest of the way.

Kucherov was on the score sheet in 65 of his 78 appearances, producing multiple points 33 times and three-plus points on 17 occasions. Nikita Kucherov Good To Go Against Bruins

Tampa Bay Lightning right wing Nikita Kucherov (illness) will hop back into the lineup on Saturday against the Boston Bruins. He has been cleared for Saturday's tilt after missing Thursday's matchup against the Philadelphia Flyers due to an illness. The Russian star will re-enter the lineup on the second line, with Yanni Gourde starting the game on the first line instead of him. Kucherov will try to avoid his first three-game pointless streak of the season. Despite a couple of scoreless efforts lately, Kucherov remains the NHL's third-highest scorer with 92 points (28 goals, 64 assists) in 61 games.

Nikita Kucherov Out Against Flyers

Tampa Bay Lightning right wing Nikita Kucherov (illness) will not play on Thursday against the Philadelphia Flyers. He will come out of the lineup after the team initially regarded Kucherov as a game-time decision for the contest. Defenseman Darren Raddysh will also exit the lineup, with Mitchell Chaffee and Cam Atkinson rejoining the action on the fourth line. Nick Paul will take Kucherov's place on the first line. On Thursday, Paul will have additional fantasy value, joining forces with elite forwards Brayden Point and Jake Guentzel. The 29-year-old will look to break out of an offensive slump after going scoreless in four of his past five appearances. Paul has totaled 35 points (19 goals, 16 assists) in 58 games across the season.

Nikita Kucherov A Game-Time Call On Thursday

Tampa Bay Lightning right wing Nikita Kucherov (illness) is a game-time decision for Thursday's contest against the Philadelphia Flyers. Kucherov exited their previous contest on Tuesday due to this illness and could be a danger of missing this evening's contest. He was also not present during Thursday's morning skate, which suggests he may face an uphill battle to be cleared. Fantasy managers should continue to monitor his status leading up to puck drop. Before Tuesday's contest, Kucherov tallied an impressive 13 points (three goals) over his last 10 contests. During this span, he tallied 27 shots on goal with a +5 rating. If Kucherov were to sit out this evening, fantasy managers should expect Oliver Bjorkstrand to move up to the second offensive line.

Nikita Kucherov Injured On Tuesday

Tampa Bay Lightning right wing Nikita Kucherov (undisclosed) missed the entire third period during their loss to the Carolina Hurricanes on Tuesday evening. The team did not provide an update on his status after the game. Before exiting early, Kucherov did not get on the scoresheet and held a -2 rating. Before this game, Kucherov tallied 10 points (three goals) over his last eight while averaging 3.25 shots on goal per game.
