Miles Bridges  • SF  •  Hornets

Miles Bridges Resumes On-Court Activity

Charlotte Hornets forward Miles Bridges (knee) has resumed on-court activity. He missed a fourth consecutive game on Wednesday versus Miami due to a bone bruise on his right knee and remains without a timetable for his return, but this signals a significant step in the right direction for Bridges. Tidjane Salaun has played a bigger role in the Hornets rotation without Bridges, even logging 30-plus minutes in back-to-back games. Charlotte has lost a number of bodies to injuries, so Bridges might get heavy usage straight away once he's back in the lineup. The 26-year-old has averaged 16.0 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 3.0 assists in 30.1 minutes this season.

Day'Ron Sharpe Expected To Make Season Debut Next Week

Brooklyn Nets center Day'Ron Sharpe (hamstring) is edging close to his season debut. Brooklyn announced on Wednesday that Sharpe has continued full on-court team activity and is expected to return to action next week. Sharpe has missed the first month of the season with a left hamstring strain. His return will give the Nets a much-needed big body under the rim. Nicolas Claxton (back) has been out of the lineup for a couple of games, and Noah Clowney (ankle) has just been ruled out for at least two weeks, so Sharpe should find himself playing a significant role right away. The 23-year-old averaged 6.8 points and 6.4 rebounds in 15.1 minutes a season ago.

Noah Clowney  • PF  •  Nets

Noah Clowney To Be Re-Evaluated In Two Weeks

Brooklyn Nets forward/center Noah Clowney (ankle) has to sit out multiple weeks of action. He sprained his left ankle last weekend and will be re-evaluated in two weeks. The injury has already cost Clowney two games. Coming off the bench, Clowney has notched 7.5 points and 3.1 rebounds in 16.5 minutes. Clowney's absence is a further blow for Brooklyn's frontcourt, which was without Nicolas Claxton (back) and Day'Ron Sharpe (hamstring) on Wednesday versus Phoenix. Claxton is considered day-to-day and could be an option at the weekend, but Sharpe will continue to sit, meaning the Nets still have to run small lineups.

Dalen Terry  • SF  •  Bulls

Dalen Terry Injures Right Ankle Wednesday

Chicago Bulls guard/forward Dalen Terry injured his right ankle in Wednesday's 133-119 loss to Orlando. He played only a couple of minutes. Terry has provided 4.4 points with 1.5 rebounds and 1.1 assists in 13.3 minutes off the bench this season. Chicago only recently lost Patrick Williams (foot), giving Talen Horton-Tucker a chance to re-enter the rotation. Horton-Tucker has scored in double-figures in three consecutive contests and racked up 20 points in just 14 minutes on Wednesday. Julian Phillips and Matas Buzelis might also get extra burn if Terry has to miss additional time.

Jalen Williams  • SF  •  Thunder

Jalen Williams Sustains Eye Injury Versus Warriors

Oklahoma City Thunder forward/center Jalen Williams (eye) was limited to 18 minutes in Wednesday's 105-101 win over Golden State. Oklahoma's utility man was hit in his right eye in the second quarter. Before exiting the contest, Williams was on his way to another big performance, racking up 13 points, six rebounds, seven assists, two steals, and one block. Cason Wallace started the second half in Williams' place. Wallace, who finished Wednesday's action with nine points, four rebounds, six assists, two steals, and three blocks, will likely play a larger role again if Williams can't play on Friday against the Lakers. Aaron Wiggins and Kenrich Williams might also see a bit more action.

Bradley Beal  • SG  •  Suns

Bradley Beal Suffers New Injury

Phoenix Suns guard Bradley Beal (ankle, calf) couldn't complete Wednesday's matchup against Brooklyn. Beal played in his second game after returning from a calf injury and now hurt his left ankle. Following the game, when he was asked if it was his left ankle or calf bothering him, Beal responded, "Both." After returning from a five-game absence, the veteran star had a couple of strong outings. He finished Wednesday's 127-117 loss with 17 points in 27 minutes, shooting 8-for-14 from the field. Beal's potential absence going forward might open the door for Ryan Dunn to rejoin the starting lineup. The 21-year-old rookie has averaged 8.8 points and 2.9 rebounds as a member of the first unit.

Kyle Kuzma  • PF  •  Wizards

Kyle Kuzma Injured On Wednesday Night

Washington Wizards forward Kyle Kuzma (rib) exited Wednesday's loss to the Los Angeles Clippers. He did not return. The 29-year-old wasn't on the court long, logging only eight minutes before calling it a night because of a rib sprain. But now the real question is if he'll be ready to go Saturday's game in Milwaukee. Unfortunately, fantasy managers are used to this, so they are already preparing for Kuzma to miss at least a game or two. He'll likely undergo further testing to determine the extent of the injury. In the meantime, Jordan Poole should benefit if Kuzma spends time on the shelf. Alexandre Sarr, Malcolm Brogdon, Kyshawn George, and Bilal Coulibaly could also see an uptick in production.

Cam Thomas  • SG  •  Nets

Cam Thomas Sidelined 3-4 Weeks

Brooklyn Nets guard Cam Thomas (hamstring) could be sidelined for up to a month. The 23-year-old had 34 points in Sunday's win over the Sacramento Kings. However, he injured his hamstring in Monday's win over the Golden State Warriors. Thomas has had a career-year, averaging 24.7 points and shooting 38.9% from behind the arc. But he's had trouble staying healthy over the years, which could mean the team will play it safe by not rushing him back. Even then, Thomas may need to log fewer minutes in order to stay on the court. At any rate, Cameron Johnson and Dennis Schroder are the favorites to pick up the slack offensively. Ziaire Williams, amassing 19 points versus the Warriors, is worth keeping an eye on for streaming purposes, assuming he continues to play well. Lastly, Ben Simmons could also benefit from Thomas' absence, although he hasn't played in consecutive games this season.

Nicolas Claxton  • C  •  Nets

Nicolas Claxton Out Again On Wednesday

Brooklyn Nets center Nicolas Claxton (back) remains out for Wednesday's matchup with the Phoenix Suns. The 25-year-old entered the season burdened by a hamstring issue. However, a back injury will cause him to miss his second-consecutive game. With Dorian Finney-Smith (ankle) a game-time call and Noah Clowney (ankle) out, Ben Simmons should handle most of the work underneath the rim. Trendon Watford, who had eight points, four boards, and one block could also see more work and is worth considering for value purposes in DFS formats.

Dalton Knecht  • SG  •  Lakers

Dalton Knecht Cleared To Suit Up Versus San Antonio

Los Angeles Lakers forward Dalton Knecht (quadriceps) will play on Wednesday evening versus the Spurs. The rookie entered this contest listed on the injury report because of a quad contusion. However, he's good to go. Knecht logged 19 minutes in Tuesday's loss to the Suns, scoring only seven points. With Cam Reddish (ankle) available, fantasy managers should expect more of the same from Knecht against San Antonio.

Anthony Davis  • C  •  Lakers

Anthony Davis Good To Go Versus The Spurs

Los Angeles Lakers center Anthony Davis (foot) will play in Wednesday's matchup with the Spurs. AD is coming off another strong performance, accumulating 25 points, 15 boards, five assists, and four blocks in Tuesday's NBA Cup loss to the Suns. He was back on the injury report because of a nagging foot issue. But, as usual, Davis is good to go. He had 40 points in the Lakers previous meeting with San Antonio a few weeks ago. While it will be tough for Davis to hit that mark again, his upside appears higher than usual.

Bradley Beal  • SG  •  Suns

Bradley Beal Will Warm Up, Still Questionable Against Brooklyn

Phoenix Suns guard Bradley Beal (calf) remains questionable for Wednesday's matchup with the Nets. He returned for Tuesday's win over the Los Angeles Lakers after missing time because of a calf injury. He played well, amassing 23 points while shooting 10-for-15 from the field (3-for-6 from deep). However, head coach Mike Budenholzer indicated the team will be cautious with Beal, especially on the second night of a back-to-back. If Beal plays, he's a lock for season-long formats. But if he doesn't, Grayson Allen and Ryan Dunn could see more work, with Kevin Durant (calf), assuming he plays, and Devin Booker likely picking up most of the slack on the scoring end.

Kevin Durant  • PF  •  Suns

Kevin Durant Expected To Face His Former Team

According to Phoenix Suns head coach Mike Budenholzer, forward Kevin Durant (calf) is expected to play in Wednesday's meeting with the Nets. The veteran returned for Tuesday's win over the Lakers after missing seven games because of a calf injury. He played well, scoring 23 points in 30 minutes. With that in mind, there's a good chance Durant may play less than he did on Tuesday, especially if the Suns build a big lead. Still, he's a must-start in redraft formats, although DFS managers may want to play if safe and consider other options.

John Collins  • PF  •  Jazz

John Collins Ruled Out Versus Denver

Utah Jazz forward/center John Collins (knee) won't play in Wednesday's game against the Nuggets. The veteran was initially labeled as questionable because of a knee contusion. Unfortunately, he was downgraded to out. The Jazz will be down some size versus Nikola Jokic, with Lauri Markkanen (personal) and Kyle Filipowski (leg) already ruled out. As a result, Walker Kessler could see more work than usual. Drew Eubanks and Brice Sensabaugh should also get more scoring chances.

Brandon Ingram  • SF  •  Pelicans

Brandon Ingram Ruled Out On Wednesday

New Orleans Pelicans forward Brandon Ingram (calf) won't play in Wednesday's contest versus Toronto. The veteran is battling a sore calf, so he'll miss his second-straight game. Fortunately for New Orleans, Dejounte Murray (hand) is active after missing over a month, so that will help lessen the blow. There's also room for Javonte Green and Brandon Boston Jr. to remain involved, although their fantasy ceilings are lower with Murray and CJ McCollum on the floor.

Dejounte Murray  • SG  •  Pelicans

Dejounte Murray Officially Cleared To Play On Wednesday

New Orleans Pelicans guard Dejounte Murray (hand) is officially active for Wednesday's matchup versus the visiting Raptors. The 28-year-old logged 30 minutes in the opener against the Chicago Bulls. However, he fractured his hand and has been on the shelf ever since. With Brandon Ingram (calf), Jose Alvarado (hamstring), Zion Williamson (hamstring), and Trey Murphy III (knee), Murray could be in line for a solid fantasy showing, although there's a chance he plays fewer minutes than usual in his first game back in over a month.

Klay Thompson  • SG  •  Mavericks

Klay Thompson Ruled Out Wednesday

Dallas Mavericks guard/forward Klay Thompson (foot) will sit out Wednesday against the New York Knicks. A left foot problem will take Thompson out of the lineup for the second time this season. With Thompson now unavailable, Naji Marshall will likely start. Marshall posted 22 points and grabbed six rebounds during Monday's 129-119 win over Atlanta. The 26-year-old could be a solid fantasy option, as he's tallied 20-plus points in the last three games.

Scoot Henderson  • PG  •  Trail Blazers

Scoot Henderson To Play On Wednesday

Portland Trail Blazers guard Scoot Henderson (back) is available ahead of Wednesday's game against the Indiana Pacers. Henderson is back in the mix following a three-game absence due to a back strain. He figures to resume his role as the primary backup point guard. Dalano Banton could see his value take a slight hit with Henderson back in the rotation. There is no word on Henderson being limited so fantasy managers should expect him to have his full workload on Wednesday.

Deandre Ayton  • C  •  Trail Blazers

Deandre Ayton Returning On Wednesday

Portland Trail Blazers center Deandre Ayton (finger) is available ahead of Wednesday's game against the Indiana Pacers. Ayton is back in the mix following a seven-game absence due to a right finger contusion. The Blazers could use his help with the team banged up at the center spot right now. The expectation is that he could be somewhat limited during his first game back. However, Ayton should still be able to provide quality fantasy value even with slightly less playing time. Fantasy managers can get him back in their lineups for Wednesday.

Lonzo Ball  • PG  •  Bulls

Lonzo Ball Available On Wednesday

Chicago Bulls guard Lonzo Ball (wrist) is available ahead of Wednesday's game against the Orlando Magic. Ball has been out since late October due to a right wrist sprain. That being said, Ball is going to be limited to around 15 minutes on Wednesday. The expectation is that the Bulls are going to ease Ball back into the rotation. Fantasy managers shouldn't expect Ball to have meaningful fantasy value until he's back to full speed. Both Josh Giddey and Ayo Dosunmu could see their playing time take a hit with Ball back in the mix.
