Buddy Hield News
Sacramento Kings shooting guard Buddy Hield had seven triples and shot 9-for-17 overall from the field in Saturday's loss to the Sixers, finishing with a team-high 25 points. His line also included five rebounds and three assists with two turnovers in 34 minutes. It was a long night for the Kings in a 129-105 defeat, but Hield managed to record his third 20-point outing in his past four games. He'll go for another one against the Cavs next. Cleveland started the season with an impressive defense, but they have fallen off big time and now have the seventh-least efficient defense in the league.
Sacramento Kings guard/forward Buddy Hield (ankle) has been classified as questionable for Thursday's outing against the Portland Trail Blazers. The 28-year-old had the same designation leading up to Wednesday's matchup against the Los Angeles Lakers but still managed to suit up, finishing with 29 points throughout 42 minutes of work. Though it would be surprising if Hield didn't play, fantasy managers should keep an eye on things before the late tip-off out West.
Sacramento Kings guard/forward Buddy Hield (ankle) will start on Wednesday against the Los Angeles Lakers. Hield suffered a sprained right ankle during the matchup against the Charlotte Hornets on Sunday night but appears well enough to give it a go against the defending champs. The 28-year-old has logged heavy minutes throughout the year and gains additional fantasy appeal with Tyrese Haliburton (calf) out of the lineup. Keep him in mind in all formats.
Sacramento Kings guard Buddy Hield (ankle) is questionable to play against the Lakers on Wednesday night. Hield suffered the ankle injury late in Sunday's game against the Hornets and was held out of Tuesday's practice. The veteran guard insisted that he'll be ready for the game against the Lakers, with head coach Luke Walton noting that he expects Hield to make good on that promise. Hield is coming off a 30-point, eight-three game and should be considered for DFS with that kind of upside, even if he's a bit banged up.
