Philadelphia 76ers forward Danuel House Jr. will shift into the starting five ahead of Tuesday's game against the Golden State Warriors. The Sixers are shorthanded with Marcus Morris Sr. (foot) and Nicolas Batum (hamstring) both sidelined. Luckily, Joel Embiid is back, but the Sixers are still without Tyrese Maxey (ankle) on Tuesday. House will be asked to move into the starting five with the Sixers thin on depth right now. He hasn't done much on the stat sheet even when he gets minutes in the high 20s. That being said, fantasy managers can probably find a better streaming option for Tuesday's slate.
Philadelphia 76ers small forward Danuel House Jr. (quadriceps) is listed as questionable for Monday's big game against the Lakers. House Jr. was also out for the weekend's action against Oklahoma City and would miss a second consecutive game if he can't shake off a left quadriceps contusion. With that said, Danuel House Jr.'s absence doesn't have a big impact on the Sixers. He's been a regular in the rotation but has played only 12.7 minutes a night in 2023-24.
Furkan Korkmaz And Danuel House Jr. Miss Practice On Friday
Philadelphia 76ers forwards Furkan Korkmaz (hamstring) and Danuel House Jr. (knee) both missed practice on Friday after suffering some minor injuries. House has at least seen some action on the court throughout the preseason so far while Korkmaz has yet to play in a game. Last season, Korkmaz requested a trade since he wasn't getting any playing time, but there hasn't been any word about that request since then. Both of these guys aren't on the fantasy radar in any format unless their situations change drastically.
Philadelphia 76ers guard/forward Danuel House Jr. has picked up his $4.3m player option for the 2023-2024 season. The 29-year-old didn't have a lot of success in 2022-23, averaging only 4.8 points per game in 14.4 minutes, but he will get a fresh start under new head coach Nick Nurse and could play a larger role next season, depending on how the roster shapes up in the summer. Philadelphia's roster could look quite different in 2023-24, with James Harden, Jalen McDaniels, Georges Niang and Paul Reed becoming free agents.
Philadelphia 76ers forward Danuel House Jr. (illness) is questionable ahead of Saturday's postseason matchup with Brooklyn. The 29-year-old didn't suit up for Game 3 on Thursday night because of a non-COVID illness. However, House totaled just five minutes in the first two games of the series, so his availability, one way or another, won't impact anything on the fantasy end.
Philadelphia 76ers forward Danuel House Jr. (foot) returned to practice Thursday. He was absent for three sessions before making his comeback and it looks like he will be ready for Game 1 against Brooklyn on Saturday. The 29-year-old isn't expected to play a large part in the series, having averaged only 14.4 minutes of action during the regular season. House Jr. tallied 4.8 points and 1.7 rebounds over the course of the season.
Philadelphia 76ers forward Danuel House Jr. (foot) was a non-participant at practice on Tuesday but he's expected to be available on Saturday. Since they play later in the week, an absence from practice this early on isn't too much to worry about. Either way, House isn't a prominent component of their lineup and he most likely won't see many minutes if any at all. He shouldn't be on any DFS radars unless something drastic happens.
De'Anthony Melton, Danuel House Jr. Starting On Saturday
Philadelphia 76ers guard De'Anthony Melton and forward Danuel House Jr. will move into the starting five for Saturday's game against the Indiana Pacers. The Sixers will shake up their starting unit with James Harden (foot) and P.J. Tucker (ankle) both sidelined on Saturday. Melton is looking like an excellent streaming option and is worth adding wherever he's available. As for House, fantasy managers can probably still avoid him with Jalen McDaniels and George Niang both healthy. The three of them should split up Tucker's minutes, so none of them are going to benefit too much.
Philadelphia 76ers forward Danuel House Jr. (foot) is expected to play versus the 14-11 Sacramento Kings. The 29-year-old missed the previous two games because of a left foot laceration. However, considering House has averaged only 4.9 points in 18.4 minutes per game this season, there probably aren't many fantasy managers who are anxiously awaiting an update on his official status for Tuesday's matchup.
Bojan Bogdanovic, Danuel House Jr. Will Play Thursday
Utah Jazz forwards Bojan Bogdanovic (calf) and Danuel House Jr. (knee) will both be active for Thursday night's game against the Los Angeles Lakers. Both players have been sidelined multiple weeks with their respective injuries, but they'll give the Jazz a solid boost against a floundering Lakers squad on Thursday. Bogdanovic had been really heating up before his calf injury sidelined him. He scored over 20 points in four straight games before the injury. He can be fired up in season-long fantasy leagues and DFS for Thursday night. House probably won't see a ton of action in Thursday's game and we should also see Juancho Hernangomez's minutes take a big dive with Bogdanovic and House back.
