However, with Gabe Vincent and Max Strus no longer on the roster, there are minutes available. If Cain continues to play this well throughout the rest of the preseason, he could see the floor more often. But for now, he doesn't offer much to fantasy managers in any setup.

Both players are restricted free agents, so doing this gives the Heat a chance to match any offers these players receive in free agency. However, it sounds like both players already intend on playing for the Heat's summer league team. Neither player had much of a role in the rotation last season. They did see some action due to injuries, but it's unlikely either player has fantasy value, assuming they stay in Miami.
