Sidy Cissoko Fantasy Stats

Portland Trail Blazers forwards Jerami Grant (Achilles) and Sidy Cissoko (illness) will be active against the Miami Heat on Thursday night. Both were listed as questionable on the injury report. A couple of hours before tip-off, Portland upgraded Grant and Cissoko to probable, and they have now been listed as available. Grant will rejoin the action after missing the second leg of a back-to-back on Sunday against the Sacramento Kings. Cissoko has started seven consecutive games, but with Grant and Jrue Holiday back from lengthy injury absences, he may soon lose his spot in the first unit.

San Antonio Spurs guard Sidy Cissoko is expected to spend a majority of his time this upcoming season in the G-League. Cissoko played for the G League Ignite last season and impressed enough to get drafted by the Spurs with the No. 44 pick in this year's draft. The 19-year-old has plenty of potential, but is still a raw prospect that needs to continue working on his skills. Head coach Greg Popovich recently said he doesn't believe Cissoko will be able to carve out minutes on this Spurs roster.

San Antonio Spurs forward Sidy Cissoko has signed a three-year deal with the organization. The Spurs selected Cissoko with the 44th overall pick during June's NBA Draft. The expectation is that Cissoko is going to spend a majority of his time in the G-League. The 22-year-old looked decent during the Summer League, but remains a work in progress. The Spurs are rebuilding, so possibly they give Cissoko a better look later in the season. It seems unlikely that Cissoko is going to have fantasy value this upcoming season.
