Adam Thielen News
Carolina Panthers wide receiver Adam Thielen turned in a huge game in a 37-27 loss to the Seattle Seahawks in Week 3. Thielen caught 11 of his 14 targets for 145 yards and a touchdown in the loss, continuing his excellent form of late. The veteran wideout had a slow game in Week 1 but has popped off for 18 catches, 199 yards, and two touchdowns over his past two contests. Emerging as the No. 1 WR in Carolina, Thielen is looking like any every week, must-start moving forward. Next week, he will take on a Minnesota Vikings secondary that was just torched by the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 3.
Carolina Panthers wide receiver Adam Thielen turned in a productive game for his team in a Week 2 loss, catching seven of nine targets for 54 yards and a touchdown. Thielen will look to find the end zone again in a Week 3 road matchup against the Seattle Seahawks. The Seahawks represent a plus matchup for Thielen as they are allowing the fourth-most fantasy points per game to wide receivers through the first two games of the season. The Panthers may be forced to start Andy Dalton in Week 3 as Bryce Young is dealing with an ankle injury, but that could be a positive for Thielen as the Panthers' passing attack is ranked last in the league through two games with Young under center. Thielen is on the board as a WR4 heading into Week 3.
Carolina Panthers wide receiver Adam Thielen turned in a big game in a 20-17 loss to the New Orleans Saints in Week 2. Thielen caught seven of his nine targets for 59 yards and a touchdown, leading his team in all receiving categories in the close loss. The veteran wideout's touchdown was a three-yard grab late in the fourth quarter, which he followed up by converting a two-point conversion pass. Thielen had a slow outing in Week 1 but he bounced back as Bryce Young's favorite target in Week 2. He will be a mid-range flex in Week 3 against the Seattle Seahawks.
