The New Orleans Saints have agreed to terms on a deal with wide receiver Cedrick Wilson Jr. on Thursday. The salary is unknown at the moment, but it appears to be a two-year deal. This looks like a low-risk move for the Saints who are trying to add depth after moving on from Michael Thomas.
