With top wideout Chris Olave (illness) also ruled out, the available receivers for the Saints in Week 18 will be Kevin Austin Jr., Dante Pettis, Ronnie Bell, and Samori Toure.

He can safely be left on the waiver wire.

Looking like a WR5, Tipton can be on the wire in most leagues but makes for a dart-throw flex in deep leagues.
