Chris Olave News
New Orleans Saints wide receiver Chris Olave (head) has been diagnosed with a concussion and won't return in Week 12 versus the Atlanta Falcons. The Saints find themselves incredibly short-staffed at wide receiver with Olave out, Michael Thomas (knee) on injured reserve, and Rashid Shaheed (thigh) doubtful to return Sunday. A.T. Perry and Lynn Bowden Jr. are the Saints' next options at wide receiver, though tight ends Juwan Johnson and Taysom Hill should also see additional involvement in the passing game.
New Orleans Saints wide receiver Chris Olave has scored a touchdown in two straight games after having just one through the first eight weeks of the season. Olave will look to extend that streak against the divisional rival Atlanta Falcons in Week 12. Atlanta is allowing the 22nd most fantasy points per game to opposing receivers but is by no means a secondary worth fading for fantasy purposes. With Michael Thomas (knee) on injured reserve, Olave should be a safe bet to continue to lead the team in targets. Do not hesitate to start the second-year receiver in any lineup.
New Orleans Saints wide receiver Chris Olave strung together another promising showing in Week 10's loss to Minnesota. The smooth second-year receiver tied for the team lead in targets (nine), hauling in six receptions for 94 yards and a touchdown. Olave has now scored a touchdown in two straight games, riding momentum from a fantasy standpoint into the team's bye week. The young star receiver will look to continue the streak after the bye when New Orleans heads to Atlanta for a divisional matchup.

Chris Olave posted a 26.7% target share and a 29.3% target rate as a rookie. He also finished 3rd amongst all WRs in air yards share (40.8%), per PlayerProfiler. Those are some elite numbers, especially for a rookie. In fact, they topped what Justin Jefferson and Ja'Marr Chase did as rookies. This isn't to say Olave is Jefferson or Chase, but maybe he's closer than people are willing to admit. Despite throwing the ball just 30.1 times per game last season (7th-fewest in the NFL), Olave still...
