DeVante Parker News
New England Patriots wide receiver DeVante Parker caught six passes for 79 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 35-23 loss to the Bills. In the second quarter, Mac Jones found Parker for a two-yard score to tie the game. Jones later connected with the veteran receiver again for a 26-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter to bring the Patriots within five. The 29-year-old finished with 31 catches for 539 yards and three touchdowns over 13 games in his first year in New England. Parker is under contract for one more season with the Patriots and is currently New England's defacto WR1 heading into 2023.
New England Patriots wide receiver DeVante Parker (concussion) is off the injury report and will play against the Bills on Sunday. The wideout has amassed 460 yards and one touchdown off 25 catches this season (12 games). However, he hasn't been available since Week 14 because of a concussion. With Jonnu Smith (concussion) and Jakobi Meyers (shoulder) questionable for the pivotal AFC East meeting, Parker could see an increase in looks from Mac Jones, making him a potential value option with upside for DFS managers.
New England Patriots wide receivers Jakobi Meyers (shoulder) and DeVante Parker (concussion) were both limited in Wednesday's practice session. Meyers aggravated his shoulder injury in the Week 17 win over the Miami Dolphins, but he should be able to play this Sunday against the Buffalo Bills in a must-win game. New England's passing attack has been hard to trust in fantasy this year, but Meyers has been quarterback Mac Jones' clear top target and leads the team with 64 receptions (89 targets) for 771 yards and a career-high five touchdowns in 13 games played. He's been a shaky WR3/flex option, and he could lose targets if Parker returns to the fold for the first time since suffering a concussion in Week 14. Rookie Tyquan Thornton has taken on a bigger role in recent weeks, but it's anyone's guess as to who will be the No. 2 behind Meyers if Parker returns this weekend.

After seven seasons with the Miami Dolphins, DeVante Parker has new life in 2022 after being traded to the New England Patriots. In theory, it might sound like a good thing for his fantasy value, as he no longer has to contend with Jaylen Waddle, Mike Gesicki, and now Tyreek Hill for targets. Parker can presumably become one of the top options in the Patriots' passing game, but he'll have to contend with a ton of other guys, including Jakobi Meyers, Nelson Agholor, Kendrick Bourne, Hunter...
