Travin Howard Inks Deal With Bills

Free-agent linebacker Travin Howard agreed to a one-year deal with Buffalo. The 2018 seventh-round pick has appeared in 29 games during his career, totaling 44 tackles and one interception. However, he's struggled to stay healthy over the years and played in just one game in 2022. The Bills want to add depth to the defense, a unit plagued by numerous injuries last season. Yet, Howard's signing with a new team doesn't mean anything for IDP managers.

Travin Howard To Visit The Cowboys On Monday

According to Michael Gehlken of the Dallas Morning News, free-agent linebacker Travin Howard will visit with the Cowboys on Monday. The 26-year-old has spent his entire career with the Rams, totaling 44 tackles (35 solo). However, he's started only two of his 29 career games while appearing in just one game last season. With that said, Dallas is looking to beef up the depth chart while keeping a close eye on the cap. But even if Howard inks a deal with the Cowboys, it won't mean much from a fantasy standpoint.

Travin Howard To Have Core Muscle Surgery

Los Angeles Rams linebacker Travin Howard (groin) was placed on the PUP list. The 26-year-old is heading to Philadelphia to have core muscle surgery, although he has a "solid" chance of being ready for Week 1. Howard re-signed with the team back in June after finishing last year with 21 tackles (11 solo) throughout 12 games. While it would be good for L.A. to have him available for the regular season, his presence, one way or another, won't mean much for fantasy managers. However, that may change if he receives consistent time with the starting unit.
