Glaring Opportunity to Sell High on Davante Adams?

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Davante Adams finds himself in a classic sell-high situation this offseason. He was the overall WR6 in half-PPR leagues when healthy (14 games) last season. A significant portion of his fantasy production came from his 14 touchdowns, which tied his highest mark since 2020 in Green Bay. Adams is due for touchdown regression in 2026, even though he plays in a Rams offense that throws the ball near the goal line a lot. As a result, his volume and yardage potential will carry more weight, and we're not super bullish about that. He had a relatively modest 60 catches for 789 yards last year, and he never caught more than six passes in a single game. If the touchdown total scales back, Adams will have extreme difficulty remaining a top-15 receiver with that volume share. At 33 years old, Adams' days of being a top-10 fantasy receiver could be behind him. Yet, managers can capitalize on the fact that he has been a top-12 receiver in each of the last six seasons, using that statistic to sell high and pick up some significant compensation in a dynasty league trade. He has fallen to WR41 in RotoBaller's latest dynasty fantasy football rankings.

Can Terrance Ferguson Establish a More Consistent Role in 2026?

The No. 46 overall selection in the 2025 NFL Draft, Los Angeles Rams tight end Terrance Ferguson had a quiet year as a rookie. Across 14 games, the 23-year-old recorded just 11 receptions for 231 yards and three touchdowns on 25 targets. Ferguson's path to playing time in Los Angeles was largely blocked off by Rams tight ends Colby Parkinson and Tyler Higbee, both of whom will be back in the mix in 2026. Still, Ferguson's impressive average of 21 yards per reception as a rookie and his pre-draft pedigree dictate some reason for upside for fantasy managers. Additionally, Los Angeles uses multiple tight end sets as much as any offense in the NFL, which could allow Ferguson to carve out a significant role alongside the Rams' veteran tight ends. In dynasty formats, now might be the ideal time for managers to buy low on Ferguson.

Can Jarquez Hunter Rebound from a Forgettable Rookie Season?

Los Angeles Rams running back Jarquez Hunter was a fourth-round pick in the 2025 NFL Draft and a popular traits-based dynasty stash. At 5'10" and 209 pounds, Hunter is a near carbon copy of both Kyren Williams and Blake Corum, but profiling as the most explosive of the three, there were calls for him to immediately supplant Corum on the depth chart, especially after seeing so little from the latter as a rookie. Unfortunately, Hunter's rookie season was even less eventful, seeing the field in only five games, and even then, limited exclusively to a handful of special teams snaps. The blueprint for a year-two breakout in Sean McVay's system is already on display in what Corum did in 2025. Unfortunately for Hunter, said breakout was strong enough to create a true blockade to fantasy relevance. Williams and Corum are expected to split work again in 2026, and barring injury, there is no clear path to additional involvement, considering 2025 marked the first time in four seasons that McVay gave more than 77 carries to even a second running back. Dynamic abilities are what made Hunter one of the first Day 3 backs selected in a loaded draft class, so he should still be held by dynasty managers with a deep enough bench to do so, but until the environment in front of him changes, expectations should remain low.

Matthew Stafford  • QB  •  Rams

Rams to Put Matthew Stafford on Pitch Count Ahead of 2026 Season?

Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford could have a limited workload leading up to the 2026 regular season, according to Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com. Stafford missed most of training camp last summer due to a back injury, and the Rams will likely modify the number of throws he makes this upcoming summer to ensure that he stays healthy. Jimmy Garoppolo took most of the QB1 reps when Stafford was sidelined last summer, and the Rams will likely follow a similar plan during training camp this year. Not only does reducing Stafford's workload keep him healthy, but it also increases the reps for Garoppolo, who needs to be ready in case his number is called at any point during the regular season. As long as Stafford stays healthy, he remains a low-end QB1 in fantasy football because of his role in a high-volume passing offense and the tremendous presence of receivers Puka Nacua and Davante Adams.

Kyren Williams  • RB  •  Rams

Kyren Williams a Value RB1 in Dynasty Leagues?

Los Angeles Rams running back Kyren Williams had another terrific season in 2025, ranking as a top-10 fantasy running back for the third year in a row. He contributed over 1,500 scrimmage yards and 13 touchdowns, and he also appeared in all 17 games for the first time in his four-year career. Williams has cemented himself as the lead running back in Los Angeles. While the Rams did get Blake Corum more involved last year, that exercise was more intended to manage Williams' workload so he stayed healthy for the full year. There's no threat of Corum stealing his job. This level of RB1 consistency is rare in fantasy football, and it could point to Williams being a top-five running back in the future. Yet, he is currently being drafted at an ADP of 54 in dynasty startups, which ranks him as the RB18 in dynasty formats. Therein lies a terrific opportunity for dynasty managers to buy low on Williams. If he's valued as the 18th-best running back but has consistently ranked within the top 10, then most managers should be pouncing at the opportunity to buy low on Williams this offseason.

Colby Parkinson  • TE  •  Rams

Colby Parkinson Faces Heavy Competition for Targets in Los Angeles

Los Angeles Rams tight end Colby Parkinson had the best season of his career in 2025, recording 43 receptions for 408 yards and eight touchdowns on 56 targets across 15 games played. The 27-year-old had recorded just five touchdown grabs across five NFL seasons coming into the year, making his spike in end zone production particularly noteworthy. However, it may be difficult for Parkinson to repeat his breakout year in 2026. The Rams should get more production from veteran tight end Tyler Higbee, who missed seven games in 2025 due to an ankle injury. Los Angeles could also choose to funnel more playing time and targets towards second-year tight end Terrance Ferguson, whom they spent the 46th overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft on. Given that Parkinson has still never reached the 60-target mark in a season going into his seventh year in the NFL, it seems wise to project a production regression in 2026. RotoBaller currently ranks Parkinson as the 50th-best tight end for dynasty formats.

Blake Corum  • RB  •  Rams

Blake Corum Not Just a Handcuff Going Forward?

Los Angeles Rams running back Blake Corum emerged as a standalone RB3/flex option during the 2025 season, and we expect him to handle a similar role in 2026. The Rams publicly acknowledged their desire to reduce Kyren Williams' workload to keep him healthy for a full season, giving some of his snaps and touches to Corum. In his second NFL season, Corum exploded for 746 rushing yards and six rushing touchdowns, ranking as the overall RB40 in PPR leagues. Most of his success came in the final third of the season; he ranked as the overall RB19 from Week 13-18. Make no mistake about it: Corum's bigger role wasn't only the product of the Rams wanting to keep Williams healthy. Corum was also fantastic with the ball in his hands, averaging 5.14 yards per carry and scoring five touchdowns over four games from Week 13-16. Assuming the backfield dynamic looks similar in 2026, Corum will remain a standalone RB3/flex, and he would become a fringe top-12 fantasy running back if Williams misses any time due to injury.

Puka Nacua Checks Into Rehab Facility

According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua has checked into a rehab facility. Per the star wide receiver's attorney, Levi McCathern, he has been in rehab for a "substantial period" before previous allegations of assault, and "he's scheduled to be there for a while longer." Earlier in the offseason, Nacua was accused of biting a woman in Los Angeles and had charges pressed against him. In these charges, the victim claimed Nacua made serious, vulgar, antisemitic remarks before biting her forcefully several times. While the wideout has denied all accusations regarding this incident, he is seeking additional help and support at this facility. Managers should continue to monitor this situation in the offseason, as a court hearing regarding this incident is scheduled for April 14.

Rams Want Puka Nacua to Stick Around for a "Really Long Time"

The Los Angeles Rams remain confident in star wide receiver Puka Nacua, who is in line for a lucrative contract extension, despite some poor judgment he has recently displayed off the field. "You guys know, I trust this kid's heart," head coach Sean McVay said. "This is an opportunity for him to learn and grow, and we are hopeful that he's a Ram for a really long time." The 24-year-old from BYU has turned out to be a major value pick for the Rams after they selected him in the fifth round (177th overall) in 2023. Nacua has quickly become one of the top receivers in the NFL after just three seasons, making the Pro Bowl twice and leading the league in 2025 in catches (129), while adding a career-high 1,715 yards and 10 touchdowns in 16 regular-season games. He even outscored Jaxon Smith-Njigba in fantasy to take home the WR1 crown. Nacua has a ridiculous total of 313 catches, 4,191 yards, and 19 touchdowns in just 44 career games. He's the real deal and will be a first-round fantasy asset in 2026 redrafts.

Davante Adams Expected to Stay With Rams

Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay said that the Rams explored trading veteran wide receiver Davante Adams this offseason, but ultimately, he's expected to remain with the team for a second year doing into the 2026 season, according to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network. The Rams also considered trading for Philadelphia Eagles receiver A.J. Brown, which would have pushed Adams out of L.A. "We are glad he's a Ram," McVay said. The Rams were transparent with Adams through the process. The 33-year-old six-time Pro Bowler and three-time All-Pro pass-catcher took the Rams' offense to a new level in his first year with the team in 2025, catching 60 of his 114 targets for 789 yards and a league-high 14 touchdowns in 14 regular-season starts. It was the third time in his career that he's led the league in TD receptions. Puka Nacua is still the alpha receiver in the Rams' offense, but Adams will continue to get his as a touchdown-dependent WR2 with plenty of injury risk in L.A.'s high-octane and high-scoring offense.

Kirk Cousins an Option for Rams as Backup Quarterback?

Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay said that the team is "hopeful for a reunion" with veteran quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo, but he also said that they have talked with free-agent QB Kirk Cousins and his agent as another possibility for the backup role in 2026, per Rams beat writer Stu Jackson. The 37-year-old Cousins is on the open market after the Atlanta Falcons officially released him at the start of the new league year earlier this month. He's biding his time for the right situation, which could come in Los Angeles if Jimmy G departs. As Cousins nears the end of his career, he won't have any fantasy football appeal unless an injury to a starter forces him into action again. If he were to sign with the Rams, he'd be sitting behind reigning NFL MVP Matthew Stafford. The four-time Pro Bowler was benched in favor of Michael Penix Jr. in 2024 and then appeared in 10 games (eight starts) in 2025, throwing for 1,721 yards, 10 touchdowns, and five interceptions while going 5-3 as a starter down the stretch.

Terrance Ferguson a Sneaky Dynasty Buy?

Los Angeles Rams tight end Terrance Ferguson is trending up in dynasty leagues ahead of the 2026 season. On the surface, managers may be hesitant to buy Ferguson in dynasty leagues. After all, Colby Parkinson had a strong 2025 campaign, and the team unexpectedly re-signed Tyler Higbee. The two combined for 68 catches, 689 yards, and 11 touchdowns, leaving very few targets to be distributed to other members of the position group. However, taking a closer look at this offense reveals a clear path to production for Ferguson. Parkinson is due for significant touchdown regression and has not previously shown that he can be a true No. 1 tight end. Meanwhile, Higbee is getting older and becoming injury-prone after missing 21 games over the last two seasons. That opens the door for Ferguson, who had five catches, 87 yards, and two touchdowns over his final two games as a rookie in 2025. Year 2 is a common time for tight ends to break out, and Ferguson has significant draft capital attached to him as a former second-round pick. We wouldn't be surprised if the Oregon product makes a tremendous leap given his strong finish to 2025, his draft capital, and his teammates' projected downturns.

Ronnie Rivers  • RB  •  Rams

Rams Re-Sign Ronnie Rivers to One-Year Deal

The Los Angeles Rams re-signed running back Ronnie Rivers to an undisclosed one-year deal on Wednesday, according to Stu Jackson of the team's official website. Rivers will return for a fifth year in L.A. after carrying the ball just nine times for 46 yards in 11 regular-season games in 2025. The 27-year-old former undrafted free agent out of Fresno State latched on with the Rams and made his NFL debut in 2022, also carrying the football just nine times that year for 21 yards in eight games. In his four seasons in the NFL with the Rams, he's had a very limited role on offense with only 72 carries for 295 yards (4.1 yards per carry) and no rushing touchdowns in 45 games (two starts), adding 15 receptions for 85 yards through the air. Rivers will return to the Rams as primarily a special-teamer in 2026 while also adding RB depth behind Kyren Williams, Blake Corum, and Jarquez Hunter. Fantasy managers can continue to ignore him in all formats.

Puka Nacua Accused of Biting a Woman, Making Antisemitic Remarks

Los Angeles Rams star wide receiver Puka Nacua has been accused of biting a woman in Los Angeles and making antisemitic remarks. The alleged victim detailed the situation in an application for a temporary restraining order on the wide receiver. The victim claimed Nauca made serious vulgar remarks regarding the Jewish community and stated, "first act in what became an escalating course of rude or vulgar, threatening, violent, and harassing conduct." The woman then claimed Nacua "dropped his head into her lap and crotch area and bit her thumb so forcefully that she screamed in acute pain," while in a Sprinter van shortly after. Earlier in March, a mediation conference between both sides was offered, but Nacua's team threatened to contact "other press and media outlets" to "disseminate false, inaccurate, and/or deliberately exaggerated public statements about the events." During the 2025 regular season, Nacua apologized for making previous antisemitic remarks and gestures during a livestream. The 24-year-old wide receiver has denied all allegations of this incident. A judge in the Los Angeles area has also denied the women's request for a restraining order. A hearing is currently scheduled for April 14.

Matthew Stafford  • QB  •  Rams

Matthew Stafford a Great Option for Those in Win-Now Mode

Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford is aging like fine wine. The 38-year-old made his third career Pro Bowl and won the first MVP award of his career in his 17th year in the league in 2025 after throwing for a league-high 4,707 yards, a league-high 46 touchdowns, and eight interceptions in 17 regular-season starts. He then added a league-high 936 passing yards and a league-high six touchdowns in three postseason games before the Rams fell short to the Seattle Seahawks in the NFC Championship. With one of the best receiving duos in the league in Puka Nacua and Davante Adams coming back in 2026, Stafford should remain in the QB1 picture in all fantasy formats. However, as he nears 40 years old, Stafford will also be one of the bigger injury risks at the position. In dynasty/keeper leagues, you're stoked if you have a strong roster around him, but if you don't, he's an easy sell high candidate who could be playing the last year of his career in 2026.

Puka Nacua  • WR  •  Rams

Extension for Puka Nacua isn't Expected Soon

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua is now eligible for a contract extension, but the NFL Network's Mike Garafolo says that the expectation is that an extension for Nacua with the Rams "could take a while." Seattle Seahawks wideout Jaxon Smith-Njigba, who was neck-and-neck with Nacua in 2025, for Offensive Player of the Year honors, just signed a four-year, $168.6 million extension on Monday, becoming the highest-paid receiver in NFL history. It might not be until later in the summer before we see any movement between the Rams and Nacua on a possible extension. The 24-year-old former fifth-rounder in 2023 out of BYU has quickly emerged as an elite fantasy football receiver in his three years in the NFL. In 2025, he was the WR1 in half-PPR scoring with a league-high 129 receptions for a career-high 1,715 yards and a career-high 10 touchdowns in 16 regular-season games played. Nacua now has already 4,191 receiving yards and 19 touchdowns on 313 catches in his first three NFL seasons. Contract situation aside, Nacua should be one of the first wideouts off the board in the first round of fantasy drafts this fall.

Jarquez Hunter  • RB  •  Rams

Jarquez Hunter Not Close to Having Fantasy Relevance?

Los Angeles Rams running back Jarquez Hunter is buried too far down the depth chart to justify rostering him in dynasty fantasy football leagues. When Hunter was selected as a fourth-round pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, there was some speculation that he could ascend into the No. 2 running back role behind Kyren Williams. Instead, he was a healthy scratch for 12 of 17 games as a rookie, falling below Williams, Blake Corum, and Ronnie Rivers on the depth chart. Even when he was active, he didn't log an offensive snap. Rivers is now a free agent, but even if Hunter jumps to third in the pecking order, he'll still be a long way from fantasy relevance. The 23-year-old can be dropped in most dynasty leagues, less than one year after initially being drafted.

Jimmy Garoppolo  • QB  •  Rams

Rams Interested in Bringing Back Jimmy Garoppolo

The Los Angeles Rams are interested in bringing back veteran free-agent quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo, but the market for him is fluid, according to Nate Atkins of The Athletic. If the Rams don't retain Jimmy G, they could opt for another trusted veteran to back up Matthew Stafford, or they could look to the NFL draft to find both a backup and an heir apparent to replace Stafford once he retires. It's unlikely that the Rams will use the No. 13 overall pick in the first round in this year's draft on a QB when next year's draft appears to be much stronger at the position. The 34-year-old Garoppolo has appeared in just four games and has made one start for the Rams in his two seasons with the team. Since the start of the 2023 season, Garoppolo has attempted just 210 passes for 1,539 yards, nine touchdowns, and 10 interceptions in eight games (seven starts). He has completed 67.4% of his passes in his 12-year NFL career, though, and he remains one of the most experienced backup QBs in the league.

Terrance Ferguson  • TE  •  Rams

Terrance Ferguson Should See "Significant Uptick" in Snap Share

The Athletic's Nate Atkins believes that Los Angeles Rams tight end Terrance Ferguson's first offseason in an NFL strength program should lead to a "significant uptick" in the former second-rounder's 39% snap share and 25 targets from his rookie campaign. The Rams leaned into three-tight-end sets for the first time under head coach Sean McVay in 2025 and had the highest rate in the league. It's clear they plan to run that approach back after re-signing veteran Tyler Higbee this offseason. Ferguson should help to offset the Rams' lack of depth at receiver behind Puka Nacua and Davante Adams. Colby Parkinson is the Rams' third TE who will continue to be involved in the rotation. Ferguson, 23, finished his first year in the league with 11 receptions on 25 targets for 231 yards and three touchdowns in 14 regular-season games. He battled through a hamstring down the stretch, which hurt his playing time, but he could be a bigger part of a high-scoring Rams' offense in 2026. Still, with both Higbee and Parkinson involved, Ferguson's fantasy ceiling will be limited.
