Tre Tomlinson Fantasy Stats

The San Francisco 49ers claimed cornerback Tre Tomlinson off waivers from the Los Angeles Rams on Friday. After being waived by the Rams on Wednesday, it didn't take Tomlinson to latch on with another team, and he'll remain in the NFC West. The 25-year-old defensive back was selected by the Rams in the sixth round (182nd overall) of the 2023 NFL draft out of TCU. He played in 15 games (no starts) in his rookie campaign but only had 13 tackles (11 solo). Tomlinson didn't play at all in 2024 due to an undisclosed injury that kept him on Injured Reserve all year. Tomlinson will be trying to win a roster spot with the Niners in training camp this summer, and if he makes the 53-man roster, he'll most likely appear primarily on special teams while providing secondary depth.
