Cooley has spent the season with the American Hockey League's Rochester American in the Buffalo Sabres' organization, working to a rough 3.77 goals-against average and an .891 save percentage across 14 outings. A University of Denver product, the netminder takes on a Blackhawks offense that ranks last in the NHL with 2.16 goals per game.
