Free-agent shortstop Kyle Farmer agreed to an undisclosed one-year deal on Friday with the Colorado Rockies. The deal includes an option for the 2026 season. He'll head to the National League West after the Rockies just non-tendered second baseman Brendan Rodgers. Farmer had double-digit homers in three previous seasons and could be an interesting infielder in NL-only leagues in a utility role with his move to hitter-friendly Coors Field.
