Sabin Ceballos Fantasy Stats

After being acquired by the San Francisco Giants as part of the Jorge Soler trade, infield prospect Sabin Ceballos made his debut in a big way for High-A Eugene. The 21-year-old suited up at third base on Wednesday and went 4-for-5 with a walk, five runs and a three-run home run. Ceballos spent his time with the Braves system in High-A as well, and for the season is now hitting .267 with four homers, 33 RBI and nine stolen bases. Ceballos is far away from his potential big-league debut, but he certainly has made a strong impression in his first game with his new franchise. For now, he is only a watch-list candidate for dynasty managers.

The Atlanta Braves traded third baseman Sabin Ceballos to the San Francisco Giants in a trade headlined by outfielder/designated hitter Jorge Soler returning to Atlanta. This was his second consecutive game swiping a bag and third time in his past four games. The Oregon product has tallied nine stolen bases this summer in his first full season of pro ball, as he logged only 14 games last summer across the Rookie League and Single-A. Ceballos has performed well in the batter's box this season, holding a .263/.358/.362 line with three home runs and 28 RBI. Ceballos is considered the 17th-best prospect in the Atlanta system and remains several seasons away from his major league debut.
