Shai Gilgeous-Alexander  • PG  •  Thunder

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander a Game-Time Decision on Wednesday

Oklahoma City Thunder guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (illness) is currently questionable for Wednesday's meeting with Minnesota. Fantasy managers should already be planning for his absence. However, it's not a lock he'll be sidelined, with SGA planning to warm up to see how he feels. If Gilgeous-Alexander isn't available, it will be all hands on deck, although Chet Holmgren, Cason Wallace, and Ajay Mitchell may benefit the most offensively.

Dru Smith  • PG  •  Heat

Dru Smith Available Versus Bucks

Miami Heat shooting guard Dru Smith (hip) is set to suit up against the Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday. Smith has been dealing with a left hip contusion, but he has yet to miss a game this season. The 27-year-old is averaging 6.3 points, 3.0 assists, 2.6 rebounds and 1.5 steals in 16.8 minutes across 18 games. He will continue to have a limited role in the Heat's rotation and will likely not factor in fantasy basketball this evening.

Jaime Jaquez Jr.  • SF  •  Heat

Jaime Jaquez Jr. Upgraded to Probable Against Bucks

Miami Heat guard/forward Jaime Jaquez Jr. (hip) has been upgraded to probable ahead of Wednesday's matchup with the Bucks. The 24-year-old hasn't missed a game this season, but he was listed on the injury report as questionable earlier due to issues with his right hip. Jaquez is becoming one of the NBA's best bench performers, averaging 16.5 points, 6.4 rebounds, and 5.4 assists across 30.4 minutes. If Jaquez has a setback and is unable to suit up this evening, it would allow Simone Fontecchio to take on a larger role in the rotation.

Pat Connaughton  • SG  •  Hornets

Pat Connaughton Sidelined on Wednesday

Charlotte Hornets guard/forward Pat Connaughton (calf) is unavailable for Wednesday's matchup with the New York Knicks. Connaughton picked up a right calf strain against the Clippers on Sunday and will miss his second straight game this evening in Charlotte. His next chance to get back on the floor will come on Friday versus the Bulls. The 32-year-old is averaging only 4.3 points across 9.3 minutes per contest and he rarely makes much of an impact in fantasy basketball.

Dylan Harper  • PG  •  Spurs

Dylan Harper Set to Suit Up Wednesday

According to Jeff McDonald of the San Antonio Express-News, San Antonio Spurs guard Dylan Harper (calf) is available to suit up for Wednesday's matchup against Portland after missing 10 straight games due to a calf strain. His return adds needed depth while second-year guard Stephon Castle (hip) is out of action. Harper's role may shift early on as the Spurs sort out how to divide minutes between De'Aaron Fox, Castle, and Harper once everyone is ready to return. Before sustaining the calf injury, the 19-year-old rookie was averaging 14.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 3.8 assists across six appearances.

Jonathan Kuminga  • PF  •  Warriors

Jonathan Kuminga Sent to G League on Wednesday

Dalton Johnson of NBC Sports Bay Area reports that Golden State Warriors forward Jonathan Kuminga (knee) has been assigned to the G League's Santa Cruz Warriors on Wednesday. Currently, there isn't a timetable on when the 23-year-old will be back with the Warriors. He will likely participate in scrimmages, but will not see any live action with Santa Cruz. Before sustaining a knee injury, Kuminga was averaging 13.8 points, 6.6 rebounds and 2.8 assists in 27.7 minutes per contest across 13 appearances.

Landry Shamet  • SG  •  Knicks

Landry Shamet Sidelined at Least Four Weeks

According to Shams Charania of ESPN, New York Knicks guard/forward Landry Shamet (shoulder) will be out at least four weeks due to a right shoulder sprain. Before the setback, the 28-year-old secured his spot as a starter and was shooting 42.2 percent from beyond the arc. He also averaged 9.2 points with 1.6 rebounds and 1.6 assists over his last five outings. With Shamet out, fantasy managers could look to Miles McBride and Jordan Clarkson as possible streaming options.

Steven Adams  • C  •  Rockets

Steven Adams Ruled Out Wednesday Against Warriors

Houston Rockets center Steven Adams (ankle) will miss Wednesday's matchup against Golden State. His absence does not guarantee a major role for Clint Capela, who has been a fringe option and could still get squeezed if Houston leans into small-ball looks. Capela has averaged 2.0 points and 3.2 rebounds across his last five appearances, but Houston's thin frontcourt with Kevin Durant (personal reasons), Tari Eason (oblique), and Dorian Finney-Smith (ankle) all out could lead to a slight bump in minutes. He remains a deeper-league rebounding flyer rather than a standard-league option.

Dennis Schröder  • PG  •  Kings

Dennis Schroder Questionable With Hip Soreness On Wednesday

Sacramento Kings guard Dennis Schroder (hip) is questionable for Wednesday's matchup against Phoenix after appearing in every game so far. The veteran has recently slid into more of a backup role behind Russell Westbrook but is still providing 14.6 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 6.0 assists per game on 43.1 percent shooting over his last five outings. If he's ruled out, Westbrook takes on more creation duties, and Malik Monk, Nique Clifford, and Keon Ellis each gain a slight uptick in minutes and touches.

Grayson Allen  • SF  •  Suns

Grayson Allen Sidelined For Sixth Straight Game

Phoenix Suns guard/forward Grayson Allen (quadriceps) has been ruled out for Wednesday's matchup against Sacramento, marking his sixth straight absence. His continued absence keeps Collin Gillespie and Jordan Goodwin in elevated roles. Gillespie has averaged 17.0 points, 5.0 assists, and 1.8 steals over his last five games, highlighted by 16 points and three steals in 29 minutes against Houston. Goodwin has also been productive, contributing 11.8 points and 2.0 steals on 51.0 percent shooting in that same span. Both remain viable streamers while Allen is sidelined.

Dylan Harper  • PG  •  Spurs

Dylan Harper Nearing Return From Calf Strain

San Antonio Spurs guard Dylan Harper (calf) is questionable for Wednesday's matchup against Portland after missing 10 straight games. His return adds needed depth with second-year guard Stephon Castle (hip) still out. Harper's role may fluctuate early as the Spurs sort out how to divide touches between De'Aaron Fox, Castle and Harper once everyone is healthy. Harper averaged 13.8 points on 50.0 percent shooting with 4.2 assists across his last five outings, giving him stash appeal for managers willing to wait.

Zach Edey  • C  •  Grizzlies

Zach Edey's Status in Doubt Ahead of Pelicans Matchup

Memphis Grizzlies center Zach Edey (head) is questionable for Wednesday's matchup against New Orleans after exiting Monday's loss in the first quarter and not returning. His potential absence positions Jock Landale and Santi Aldama for increased roles, and both have shown they can produce when given minutes. Landale is coming off a 26-point, 10-rebound effort in 31 minutes, while Aldama contributed 12 points, six rebounds, six assists, two steals, and two blocks in the same game as Memphis sorted through its frontcourt rotation.

Neemias Queta  • C  •  Celtics

Neemias Queta Ruled Out For Wednesday's Contest

Boston Celtics forward/center Neemias Queta (ankle) is expected to miss Wednesday's matchup with Detroit, giving Boston's reserve bigs another chance to carve out minutes. Luka Garza has been the more productive option lately, averaging 9.6 points on 63.0 percent shooting across his last five outings, while Chris Boucher remains in the rotation despite minimal offensive output. Both are fringe fantasy options for now, and it remains unclear which one coach Joe Mazzulla will trust most with Queta sidelined.

Jaime Jaquez Jr.  • SF  •  Heat

Jaime Jaquez Jr. May Skip Wednesday's Contest

Miami Heat guard/forward Jaime Jaquez Jr. (hip) is on the injury report as questionable ahead of a meeting with the Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday night. The 24-year-old may have to skip his first contest of the season due to an issue with his right hip. Following a poor 2024-25 campaign, Jaquez Jr. has bounced back in style, becoming one of the NBA's best bench performers. He is averaging 16.5 points, 6.4 rebounds, and 5.4 assists in 30.4 minutes. Jaquez Jr.'s absence on Wednesday would allow other second-unit players to take on a larger role in the rotation, with Simone Fontecchio looking like the most attractive fantasy piece.
Nov 26
Andrew Wiggins  • SF  •  Heat

Andrew Wiggins Questionable Wednesday

Miami Heat forward Andrew Wiggins (hip) is questionable for Wednesday's matchup against the Milwaukee Bucks. He has missed three games with a left hip flexor strain. Luckily for Miami, Tyler Herro has just made his season debut, and Norman Powell (groin) is expected to return to the lineup on Wednesday, lessening the impact of Wiggins' absence. Simone Fontecchio could see additional action for Miami if Wiggins doesn't return on Wednesday night. The Italian forward is primarily a three-point sniper, averaging 10.8 points per game with 2.3 makes from downtown.

Norman Powell  • SG  •  Heat

Norman Powell Expected to Return Wednesday

Miami Heat guard/forward Norman Powell (groin) is listed as probable for Wednesday's clash against the Milwaukee Bucks, indicating that he is on track to return to the lineup. A groin issue kept Powell off the floor on Monday night against the Dallas Mavericks. Powell's move to Miami has worked out superbly for him, as the 32-year-old is averaging a career-high 25.4 points, 3.9 rebounds, 2.4 assists, and 1.3 steals. However, it remains to be seen how well Powell meshes with Tyler Herro, who made his season debut against Dallas, scoring 24 points in 29 minutes.

Shaedon Sharpe  • SG  •  Trail Blazers

Shaedon Sharpe Uncertain for Wednesday

Portland Trail Blazers guard/forward Shaedon Sharpe (calf) is listed as questionable on the injury report ahead of Wednesday's contest against the San Antonio Spurs. He has been sidelined for four games due to a right calf strain. Jrue Holiday (calf) recently also landed on the shelf, opening the door for Sidy Cissoko to join the starting unit. The 21-year-old has been mediocre as a starter, averaging 7.5 points, 2.5 rebounds, and 1.8 assists in 25.0 minutes per game. Cissoko scored half of his 30 points as a starter on Friday against the Golden State Warriors.
Nov 26
Giannis Antetokounmpo  • PF  •  Bucks

Giannis Antetokounmpo Listed as Questionable for Wednesday

Milwaukee Bucks forward/center Giannis Antetokounmpo (groin) is considered questionable for Wednesday's matchup against the Miami Heat. He has been on the shelf for a week with a left groin strain but is nearing his return. Initially, Antetokounmpo was ruled out for 1-2 weeks. Bobby Portis and Jericho Sims have shared starts during Antetokounmpo's three-game absence. Portis was more effective coming off the bench on Monday against the Portland Trail Blazers, so Bucks head coach Doc Rivers may give Sims a second consecutive start on Wednesday if Antetokounmpo doesn't return. However, Sims played only 11 minutes against Portland and hasn't been impactful from a fantasy perspective.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander  • PG  •  Thunder

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander in Danger of Missing Wednesday's Contest

Oklahoma City Thunder guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (illness) may miss his first game of the season on Wednesday against the Minnesota Timberwolves, as the team has listed him as questionable on the injury report. The Canadian star is battling an illness, and his exit from the lineup could give Ajay Mitchell an opportunity to start. Mitchell has been one of the most productive bench players in the league this season, but a starting role would provide his fantasy value with an additional bump. In his previous five starts this season, Mitchell has averaged 18.2 points, 4.2 rebounds, 4.4 assists, and 2.4 steals.

Trendon Watford  • PF  •  76ers

Trendon Watford Won't Return to NBA Cup Meeting with Orlando

Philadelphia 76ers forward Trendon Watford (adductor) will not return to Tuesday's NBA Cup clash with the Orlando Magic. With Philly down Joel Embiid (knee), Kelly Oubre Jr. (knee), Paul George (ankle) and VJ Edgecombe (calf), Watford was in line for extra action. Unfortunately, he suffered a left adductor strain near the end of the first half, requiring assistance off the floor. Watford would go on to finish with eight points and one rebound in 11 minutes. While it's far too early to speculate, it appears there's a good chance he'll miss extended time, starting with Friday's game versus the Brooklyn Nets, his former team. Fantasy managers could see more minutes from Justin Edwards and Jared McCain, although their stock will fall once George, Edgecombe, Embiid, or Oubre are back in the lineup.
