LeBron James Questionable For Saturday Rematch Against Kings
Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James (foot) is listed as questionable for Saturday's rematch against the Sacramento Kings. James is dealing with a foot injury that caused him to miss two games earlier this month before being able to return for the next two. Los Angeles has won both games in James' return and needs him on the court to be able to compete. The future hall of famer has averaged 22.6 PPG, 7.9 RPG and 9.0 APG this season. Should he be starting he is a must start in all fantasy formats. If he's forced to miss time, expect Gabe Vincent to slide into the starting lineup. Vincent has started four games this season and has averaged just 7.8 PPG in those starts. He will not be a viable starter if James can't go.

Joel Embiid Ready To Go Friday
Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid (face) will play against Charlotte on Friday. He has been upgraded from questionable to available and will start alongside Tyrese Maxey, Kelly Oubre Jr., Paul George, and Kenyon Martin Jr. Health issues have limited Embiid to only 29.3 minutes per game across six appearances in 2024-25. However, he has still been productive, with averages of 20.3 points, 7.7 rebounds, 3.8 assists, and 1.0 blocks. Per Chris Fedor of The Cleveland Plain Dealer, Strus is ready to go after missing the first 27 contests of the campaign with a right ankle sprain. Strus had a career year last season in Cleveland, averaging 12.2 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 4.0 assists in 32.0 minutes. He'll be a nice addition to an already strong team, although Strus might need some time before he can operate at 100 percent.

Luckily for fantasy managers and the Magic, it looks like Suggs avoided a serious injury and should be ready to go against the Heat, barring any setbacks before tip-off.

Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid (face) is questionable for Friday's game against Charlotte. Nick Nurse recently indicated that Embiid's sinus fracture isn't as bad as his previous two. However, he may need another game or two before he's ready to get back on the floor. The 30-year-old was starting to look like himself before going back on the shelf. But until Embiid is back on the floor. Andre Drummond, most recently amassing nine points, 15 rebounds, two steals, and one block against the Hornets, is expected to remain in the middle. Los Angeles Clippers forward Derrick Jones Jr. (hamstring) will return from a two-game absence on Thursday versus Dallas. The 27-year-old suffered a right hamstring strain on Dec. 8 but has made a quick recovery. Jones Jr. has been a regular starter for the Clippers all year, averaging 10.0 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 1.3 steals in 25.0 minutes. However, the high-flying forward will have a limited role against his former team, so managers won't get full value out of Jones Jr. on Thursday.

However, his lone December outing with 20-plus minutes ended with a double-double for Pippen Jr.

In the last 10 games, the 24-year-old has been a key contributor on the floor, averaging 12.0 points, 7.1 rebounds, 1.2 blocks, and 1.0 assists across 35.2 minutes.
