Lucas, a 2022 second-round pick out of Washington State, is expected to occupy the starting right tackle job when he's fully back in action, and he could provide an upgrade in protection for quarterback Geno Smith and run blocking for running backs Kenneth Walker III and Zach Charbonnet.
