Two of Perbix's assists came already in the first period and the Lightning ended up dominating the game 5-2. Perbix has garnered very little fantasy interest, but he's having a strong debut campaign with 11 points, 63 shots, 40 hits and 36 blocks registered across 38 outings. The 24-year-old logs minutes on the second defensive pairing and sits among the team leaders with a plus-11 rating.

The 24-year-old rookie has impressed in his first year in the league, bagging three goals and three assists with 19 shots, 14 hits, 17 blocks, and a plus-seven rating. He has benefitted from skating with Mikhail Sergachev, who has been Tampa's most productive defenseman this season with 19 points in 20 games. The two will be reunited on Monday.

The 24-year-old rookie suffered an undisclosed injury in Thursday's 4-1 win over Calgary and missed Friday's practice. He is considered day-to-day. Perbix is only a couple of games removed from an impressive four-game scoring streak, so he's gotten sidelined just as he had picked up some nice form. The Minneapolis-born blue-liner boasts six points in total for the season with 19 shots, 17 blocks and 14 hits. Cal Foote (upper body) has also been ruled out for Saturday, but Erik Cernak (undisclosed) returned to practice Friday, so at least Tampa won't be completely down to bare bones at the back versus the Predators.
