Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Doug Baldwin is as dependable a receiver as an NFL team can get. He almost never drops passes, he battles, and he works both inside and outside. Unfortunately, he's facing a Rams squad that shut him down last time and will probably do it again. Baldwin ran up just 37 yards against the Rams back in October, and LA has quietly been one of the toughest secondaries in the league. They've only allowed eight passing touchdowns to wide receivers this year, tied for fourth fewest in the NFL. Without a good shot at big yards or touchdowns, Baldwin owners will likely be disappointed even if he catches everything thrown his way on Sunday.
Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Doug Baldwin came through against one of the top secondaries last week, but he'll need to prove his worth against the top dog this week. Baldwin caught five passes for 84 yards against Philly as the Seahawks upset the top seed in the NFC. In Week 14, he'll be facing the vaunted Jacksonville defense that has limited opposing wide receivers to just 12.41 fantasy points per week on average. That's 20 percent better than the next best defense. Baldwin will always be quarterback Russell Wilson's go-to guy, but he'll have to be at the top of his game this week.
Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Doug Baldwin was the prime target once again on Sunday night as he hauled in five passes for 84 yards in Seattle's upset win over Philly. He wasn't able to find the end zone, but Baldwin continues to be the rock at the center of Seattle's passing game when the stakes are high. Baldwin will likely top 1,000 yards again this year, though his touchdown total is depressed due to the team making more liberal use of tight end Jimmy Graham in the red zone.
