The suspension comes for an illegal check to the head of Washington's Alexander Alexeyev in Friday's 4-1 loss. He will be eligible to play again next Sunday against Winnipeg. Oleksiak's suspension means that the Kraken lose a big presence from their defense. Carson Soucy is set to replace Oleksiak on the second defensive pairing. He's also a guy who can give fantasy managers plenty of defensive stats but whose offensive play is lacking.
