The New York Rangers have put forward Tyler Pitlick on waivers. The 32-year-old has been lightly used by the Rangers this season, appearing in just 34 games while recording one goal and four points in that time. He has skated just 10:12 per game in a fourth-line role. A 10-year veteran, Pitlick, not to be confused with his cousin Rem Pitlick, has appeared in 420 career regular-season games since being drafted in the second round by the Edmonton Oilers in 2010. He has notched 56 goals and 109 points in that time, including a career-high 14 goals and 27 points with the Dallas Stars in the 2017-18 campaign.
