Danila Yurov Scores Twice in Friday's Win

Minnesota Wild forward Danila Yurov lit the lamp two times in Friday's 5-2 win over the Anaheim Ducks. He put Minnesota 2-0 up in the second period and potted the team's fourth goal early in the third. On Friday, the Russian rookie had more goals than in his previous 16 appearances combined. After returning to the top six, he could find more success at the start of 2026. Yurov's overall tally for his first NHL year reads six goals and nine points in 35 games. He is tied for sixth among rookies with 14 even-strength points.

Danila Yurov Returns From Two-Game Absence Saturday

Minnesota Wild forward Danila Yurov (undisclosed) will be back in action on Saturday against the Nashville Predators, returning from a two-game absence. He is projected to rejoin Kirill Kaprizov and Mats Zuccarello on the first line. Meanwhile, Ryan Hartman will drop to the fourth line, with Ben Jones sitting as a healthy scratch. Yurov has fit in quite well on the top line, notching five points (one goal, four assists) over his last seven appearances. The Russian rookie has managed seven points (three goals, four assists) in 21 games for the season overall. Minnesota's top line gets a juicy matchup on Saturday against the NHL's leakiest defense.

Danila Yurov Misses Second Straight Game

Minnesota Wild center Danila Yurov (undisclosed) will miss a second consecutive game on Thursday against the Calgary Flames. The 21-year-old was filling in as the first-line center when he suffered an undisclosed injury. He has notched seven points (three goals, four assists) in 21 games during his rookie campaign, including five points (one goal, four assists) in his last seven outings. Marco Rossi (lower body) is expected to miss at least three more games, putting pressure on Ryan Hartman to perform well. He took over the top-line center role on Tuesday night against the Edmonton Oilers.

Danila Yurov Won't Play on Tuesday

Minnesota Wild forward Danila Yurov (undisclosed) has been ruled out for Tuesday's contest against the Edmonton Oilers and is day-to-day, Michael Russo of The Athletic reports. Due to Minnesota's large number of injuries, Yurov has recently skated on the top line. He has tallied seven points (three goals, four assists) in 21 games during his rookie year. Ryan Hartman will move to the first line on Tuesday. His fantasy value gets a big boost from this, although Hartman has been a disappointment this season. Across 22 appearances, he has managed only four goals and eight points. Five of his points came in his first 10 outings.
