Ryan Hartman News
Minnesota Wild forward Ryan Hartman will be a healthy scratch for Thursday's encounter with the Flyers. Wild head coach Dave Evason isn't happy with Hartman's discipline and the 28-year-old will now get some time off to think about his actions. Evason can't be satisfied with Hartman's offensive contributions either this season, as he has followed up a breakthrough campaign with a measly 14 points in 25 games. Brandon Duhaime will skate in his spot on the third line Thursday, and Hartman will have a first opportunity to return Saturday versus Buffalo.
Minnesota Wild center Ryan Hartman (upper body) will miss another game Friday against Chicago but there is a chance that he returns on Sunday. The 28-year-old has missed almost the whole campaign so far, skating in just nine games. He managed to collect five points before getting injured in a matchup with Chicago on Oct. 30. Hartman had a standout season in 2021-22 and became Minnesota's first-line center. Following a disappointing stretch of games, he lost the spot at the start of the current campaign but should be able to regain it once he's back in form. Sam Steel is currently skating in the role.
Minnesota Wild center Ryan Hartman (upper body) won't be able to play Tuesday against Montreal. He appeared to have hurt his shoulder in a fight with Chicago's Jarred Tinordi on Sunday, and according to Joe Smith of The Athletic, Hartman is set to be out for a longer term. Hartman had a big year in 2021-22 with 65 points, but he's been slow out of the gate this term with only one goal and four assists to his name. Steven Fogarty has been called up from the AHL, and he will skate in his season debut on Tuesday, while Mason Shaw, who collected his first two NHL points at the weekend against the Blackhawks, will join the second line.
Minnesota Wild right-winger Ryan Hartman keeps on rolling as he extended his point streak to five games on Thursday night. Hartman scored once and added two helpers in the 5-2 home win over the New Jersey Devils. The winger closed the scoring with less than four minutes left in the third period. Alex Goligoski set Hartman up for his 13th goal of the season. The Minnesota Wild forward now has 21 points in 23 games along with 84 shots on goal. Hartman should smash past his career-high of 31 points by January at this rate.
