MASN's Mark Zuckerman reports that the Washington Nationals are moving 2019 first-rounder Jackson Rutledge to the bullpen, according to manager Dave Martinez. With modest pitching depth in the system, this promising hurler has a chance to move quickly and could see time in the Majors in 2021. If he continues to throw strikes, he could one day develop into the ace of the staff.
