Otto Kemp Playing Well In Double-A
Philadelphia Phillies third base prospect Otto Kemp is having a breakout season in the minor leagues. Overall, he's slashing .309/.414/.553 with 16 doubles, 14 home runs, 52 RBI and 37:69 BB/SO. Promoted to Double-A Reading on June 11, he's played rather well since. In 36 games, he's slashing .260/.353/.527 with six doubles, nine home runs, 27 RBI, and 13:37 BB/SO. Heading into the 2024 season, Kemp was not a top-30 prospect for the Phillies (per MLB.com). However, he's bound to slide up the leaderboards if his standout season continues.
