Michael Carter-Williams News
Orlando Magic guard Michael Carter-Williams (ankle) won't play against Cleveland on Wednesday evening. The veteran continues to miss time while tending to a sprained left ankle, an absence that has opened the door for Cole Anthony to get a consistent helping of minutes at the point. With Terrence Ross (back) doubtful, R.J. Hampton and Dwayne Bacon could also be in store for more fantasy production once again, although both men are risky options in all formats.
Orlando Magic guard Michael Carter-Williams (ankle) is out once again on Sunday against Indiana. The veteran has missed his previous four contests while tending to a sprained left ankle. In his stead, Cole Anthony should continue to be a popular option in all formats, with R.J. Hampton also seeing an increase in his fantasy stock.
Orlando Magic guard Michael Carter-Williams (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Houston Rockets. He will sit this one out as he continues to deal with a sprained left ankle. His absence will mean Cole Anthony sticks in the starting five for at least one more game. However, it wouldn't be shocking to see Anthony stay in the starting five once Carter-Williams is cleared to play. Anthony has picked up his play recently and is worth a look as a streaming option or DFS choice for Sunday's slate.
Orlando Magic guards Michael Carter-Williams (illness) and Cole Anthony (ribs) are both available for Wednesday's game against the Washington Wizards. Carter-Williams has missed each of the last three games due to a non-COVID related illness. Anthony has not played in over two months, but is expected to suit up here. It's unclear if either player is going to be limited at all. Nonetheless, it's nice depth for Orlando, but neither player is much of a weapon in fantasy leagues.
