Trae Young News
Atlanta Hawks point guard Trae Young notched another double-double on Sunday, scoring a game-high 28 points and delivering 10 assists in a 123-119 loss to Memphis. The Hawks were completing a back-to-back set, but Young was nicely rested for the contest after getting ejected Saturday versus Indiana, and he proved his sharpness with 7-for-14 shooting from the field. Young was 3-for-5 with the three-ball and finished 11-for-12 at the foul line, adding a pair of rebounds to his tally. Atlanta continues to play very inconsistent basketball, but Young has been in great form all season and sits eighth in the league with 36 double-doubles.
Atlanta Hawks guard Trae Young has been ejected from Saturday's game against the Indiana Pacers. Young was not happy with an offensive foul on him. He responded by throwing the ball at an official. That resulted in Young getting tossed out of Saturday's contest. Dejounte Murray will move into the starting five for at least the rest of this game. However, it wouldn't be shocking if Young was suspended because of his actions. That being said, AJ Griffin, Saddiq Bey, and Murray would all be asked to take on bigger roles, assuming Young misses more than Saturday's game.
Atlanta Hawks guard Trae Young (calf) will play on Saturday night against the Pacers. There was some doubt he wouldn't be healthy enough to suit up. However, he's good to go. Young has averaged 24.0 points, 10.5 assists, and shot 56.3% from deep in two meetings with Indiana this season, so that should tell fantasy managers all they need to know.
Atlanta Hawks guard Trae Young (calf) is questionable for Saturday's matchup against Indiana. Young has averaged 24.0 points, 10.5 assists, and shot 56.3% from deep in two meetings with the Pacers this season, so you can bet fantasy managers want to see him out there. However, if he can't suit up, Dejounte Murray (non-COVID-illness), who was removed from the injury report after missing his last two games, will take over the ball-handling duties. As a result, Murray may lead the way offensively and receive a bump in usage. At the same time, John Collins, De'Andre Hunter (knee), and Bogdan Bogdanovic could benefit on the scoring end.
