Alex Killorn Delivers Game-Winner On Wednesday

Anaheim Ducks winger Alex Killorn provided the game-winning goal as the team snuck past Ottawa 2-1 on Wednesday. Killorn scored in a second consecutive contest, finding the back of the net for the 10th time this season early in the third period. Four of Killorn's goals have come since Feb. 17, when he returned to the lineup from a knee injury. It has been a stop-start season for Killorn due to health issues, and he has only made 43 appearances during his debut campaign in Anaheim. The veteran boasts 25 points, meaning Killorn's scoring pace has significantly dropped compared to the last two seasons, but it is right at his career average of 0.58 points per game.

Alex Killorn Returns To Action Saturday

Anaheim Ducks winger Alex Killorn (knee) has been activated from Injured Reserve and is set to return to the lineup on Saturday versus Toronto. The veteran forward will make his first appearance since Jan. 17. Killorn's first year in Anaheim hasn't quite gone according to plan. With 34 games played, the two-time Stanley Cup champion has registered six goals and 19 points. His current scoring rate of 0.56 points per game is Killron's worst since 2018-19.

Alex Killorn Ruled Out For 4-6 Weeks

Anaheim Ducks winger Alex Killorn is expected to miss 4-6 weeks of action after undergoing arthroscopic knee surgery. The Ducks are set to be without another key forward, with Trevor Zegras (ankle) remaining on the shelf. Killorn has made 34 appearances during his debut campaign in Anaheim, posting six goals with 13 assists. He's mostly skated with Leo Carlsson and Troy Terry on the top line. Frank Vatrano could be Killorn's replacement on the line on Saturday versus San Jose.

Alex Killorn Out 4-6 Weeks With Broken Finger

Anaheim Ducks winger Alex Killorn is expected to miss 4-6 weeks with a fractured finger. The injury occurred on Wednesday in a preseason game versus the San Jose Sharks. The veteran forward signed a four-year contract with the Ducks on July 1st after spending 11 years in Tampa Bay. This is a massive blow for a young Ducks team, as Killorn had a career NHL high in points with 27 goals and 37 assists in 82 regular season games in last year's campaign.

Alex Killorn Enjoys A Multi-Goal Game Monday

Tampa Bay Lightning winger Alex Killorn grabbed his first two goals of the 2023 postseason in Monday's Game 4 loss to Toronto. He opened the scoring with a power-play tally in the first period and made it 4-1 to Tampa Bay late in the second, but the Lightning's efforts to tie the series still failed, with the Maple Leafs coming back to win the game 5-4 in overtime. Killorn doubled his points tally for the 2023 playoffs, and after registering only two shots on net across the first three games of the series, he fired off a team-high seven efforts on goal. The veteran forward also registered four hits in the contest with one block in 22:40 of ice time. The team will need a similar all-around performance from Killorn in Thursday's elimination game.

Alex Killorn Hands Out Three Assists

Tampa Bay Lightning winger Alex Killorn came up big in Thursday's Stanley Cup Finals rematch against Colorado, handing out three assists in a 5-0 win. The whole second line, with Killorn, Anthony Cirelli and Brandon Hagel, had a great night as the trio combined for eight points. The 33-year-old winger made up a bit for going without a single point against the Avalanche in last year's Finals. Killorn finished 2021-22 badly, but he's had a solid campaign in 2022-23 so far with 14 goals and 37 points in 51 games. He has played an effective game all year and is among the team leaders with a plus-11 rating.

Alex Killorn Scores Game-Winning Goal Against Stars

Tampa Bay Lightning winger Alex Killorn finished with a goal and two assists in Tuesday's 5-4 overtime victory against the Stars. Killorn provided helpers on goals scored by forward Steven Stamkos to tie the game and defenseman Ian Cole to give the team a one-goal advantage at the time, while he took care of business in overtime with a two-on-one play to give the Lightning their ninth win of the season. Killorn is a solid option in deeper fantasy formats as a member of the top six forward group for the Lightning, with season totals of five goals and eight assists through 16 games.

Tampa Bay Lightning winger Alex Killorn scored twice in Thursday's 5-1 victory over Arizona, adding an assist for a nice three-point night. He finished the game with three shots and was plus-three for the night in 15:48 on the ice. Killorn now sits on a three-game goal streak. He's managed six total goals this season and boasts nine points across eight appearances. Alex Killorn Has Multi-Point Night Versus Carolina

Brayden Point bagged a power-play goal. Killorn has ended a nine-game dry spell with two multi-point efforts in three games. He's up to 12 goals and 27 points for the year in 45 games with 93 shots and 44 hits. Alex Killorn Notches Two Assists In Wednesday's Win

Alex Killorn Adds Two Points To His Tally

Tampa Bay Lightning winger Alex Killorn posted his second multi-point performance of the season on Wednesday, finishing a big 5-1 victory over Detroit with a goal and an assist. Blake Coleman enjoyed a multi-point night as well with a pair of assists. Killorn rarely does anything flashy, but he works hard for the team and gets rewarded for it. He now has seven points for the season and heads into Friday's rematch with the struggling Red Wings on a three-game point streak. Killorn is locked into a top-six role and logs minutes on the first power-play unit, so he's worthy of your attention if you are looking for a hot forward to freshen up your lineup.
