Moving forward, Helleson must improve his offensive output to become a viable fantasy option.

Last season, Helleson led all rookie defensemen in shorthanded time on ice (54:32) and was second to Lane Hutson in both points and assists among first-year rearguards. Helleson has upside in his games but currently doesn't have much fantasy value because he's limited to third-pairing minutes in the Anaheim defense.
