Ben Hutton News
Vegas Golden Knights defenseman Ben Hutton (upper body) will be out week-to-week. He was injured in Thursday's contest versus Los Angeles and will begin a multi-game absence with Monday's Winter Classic versus Seattle. The 30-year-old has notched nine points (one goal, eight assists) in 31 games this season with 46 shots on goal and 42 blocks. Brayden Pachal will come into the lineup as Hutton's replacement on Monday.

Ben Hutton Sits On Saturday
Vegas Golden Knights defenseman Ben Hutton will sit out Saturday's visit to Chicago as a healthy scratch. The 30-year-old has opened the season with one point in five games, adding eight shots on net with seven blocks and a plus-three rating, but he will be forced to watch things from the press box Saturday. Kaedan Korczak is coming back into the lineup. The 22-year-old grabbed his first career goal and had two points in total in his last appearance Tuesday versus Dallas. He'll be Hutton's natural replacement on the third defensive pairing. The Vegas blue line will be without Alex Pietrangelo (upper body) for a fourth consecutive contest.

Ben Hutton Re-Enters Vegas Lineup For Game 5
Vegas Golden Knights defenseman Ben Hutton is set to be back in the lineup Friday against Edmonton, replacing the suspended Alex Pietrangelo. Hutton will skate in only his second postseason game of the year, having also appeared in Game 5 against Winnipeg in the first round. He had a minimal impact on the proceedings in the contest, recording one shot on goal, one hit and one block in 14:37 of ice time. Hutton also worked with the second power-play unit Friday morning, with Shea Theodore having replaced Pietrangelo on the first unit. Nicolas Hague will also benefit from Pietrangelo's suspension, as he will move up to the first defensive pairing Friday.

Ben Hutton Enters COVID-19 Protocols
Vegas Golden Knights defenseman Ben Hutton will be unavailable for Sunday's contest against the Blue Jackets because of COVID-19 protocols. The team has called up Daniil Miromanov from the AHL and it appears that he's set to play in his eighth career game. Hutton, who signed a two-year extension with Vegas a week ago, has produced a couple of goals lately and is on 10 points for the campaign with 39 games played. He's already sat out a large chunk of the season and will, unfortunately, be forced to watch things from the sidelines again. The Vegas blue line also remains without Alec Martinez (face) and Brayden McNabb (arm).
