While he currently sits outside of the Philadelphia top 30 prospects on MLB.com is a name to keep a close eye on as he has shown high-upside strikeout potential all season.

The righty went six-and-a-third innings, allowing four runs (three earned) on three hits and one walk but took the loss despite the bloated strikeout total. Through 11 starts, the 22-year-old has a respectable 3.54 ERA, 1.10 WHIP, and a 69:18 K:BB over 61 IP. Cabrera isn't in the Phillies' Top 30 prospects but an outing like this will certainly garner attention. For now though, he's just a name to know as far as fantasy is concerned.
